To Whom It May Concern @ WISH.COM:*I am contacting you regarding an unauthorized order that I didn't place. The *Order* is *da***ccc******ee**df*ba. This order was NOT ready to be placed. It was placed by accident due to having my credit card on file now. I need to hear back from someone asap to resolve this issue. There are several items on that order that were in my cart that I was NOT sure about and wasn't going to order until i was done shopping. I need your help by cancelling this order as its STILL PENDING and i refuse to pay ANY amount of $ to ship*return all those items IF a representative doesn't take care of this immediately. I will be notifying my credit card about this unauthorized order and cancel my credit card all together unless this is taken care of BEFORE the charges go through. This is my *st experience with wish app and I WAS planning on ordering from you alot more In the future, but as of right now, I don't feel good about what happened and how easily and quickly wish was to place that order when I was ONLY looking at items in my cart. And now I'm spending too much valuable time taking away from my job trying to fix a problem that I didnt create. I need to update my phone * on the wish app as well, which I will be doing right after sending this message. I expect that a professional(mgmt preferred) get back to me ASAP and that we go through all the items and ONLY place items which I want. Meanwhile cancelling the above mentioned order *. I tried contacting your's online "chat support" and it only created more frustration and confusion. Please take care of this and please get authorization from whomever needed to make this right, so that I will want to continue doing business with wish in the near future. By that, I mean, once this order is cancelled, and TOGETHER we place the correct items over the phone into a NEW order(this is my *nd order from today. The *st order I placed today I have NO problem with as of now and am expecting and anticipating the arrival of it. Meanwhile I expect to receive some kind of compensation for all my lost time and effort put forth in trying to impossibly get resolved in a timely fashion. It's been a few hours that I've been trying to get through to a REAL LIVE person from and without success. Please make sure that with my next order, which will be hefty $ wise, that i will be receiving a good promo code or that you'll be applying a large discount to make yo for all of this nonsense.
