I am a 54-year-old grandmother named Ms. Young who recently experienced a stroke. Being on a fixed income, I am struggling to reach wish.com for a refund issue. Despite my efforts, I only received $40 out of the $[redacted] owed after making a significant purchase for my grandkids' birthday. My bank mentioned the responsibility falls on the lender. I feel let down as I face difficulties due to my health condition. I hope to resolve this stressful situation with wish.com, as they closed my account without a satisfactory solution. Hello, I hope you can help me. I placed several orders on Wish and have not received any of them. The first order I canceled and was refunded because my email was wrong. Since Wish did not give me the chance to correct it, I thought it wouldn't be an issue and kept ordering more items to take advantage of promotions. Each item has a different order number and arrival date, even though they were all ordered on the same day. A month passed, and the estimated arrival date of the first item came and went without delivery. I contacted customer service, which is an algorithm with preset responses, and was told shipping delays could take another one or two weeks due to traffic. After waiting one more week and not getting the item, I canceled it. Now, I am waiting for the second of six items I ordered. The additional two weeks have also passed, and the algorithm suggests contacting them before October 27, [redacted], to resolve the issue or choose to wait longer or get a refund. I'm interested in the items I ordered but torn about whether to be patient or get a refund. It feels like these companies take advantage of the money they already charged upfront to benefit from the financial transactions and then refund the amounts.

To whom it may concern, We have encountered several issues while trying to receive our orders from Slayalicious Boutique. Despite the tracking information confirming delivery, the boutique claims otherwise upon our arrival. On one occasion, we were initially told the items were undelivered, only to be handed one of the supposedly missing products later. However, when the current item couldn't scan on their system due to barcode issues, they withheld it, claiming it had been picked up. This situation is concerning as they refused to release our rightfully purchased goods. Please address this matter promptly. We are not seeking a refund but rather the delivery of our items. The boutique's behavior contradicts the agreement we have with them as your designated pick-up point. We urge you to investigate and resolve this issue to avoid any further inconvenience. I would like to file a complaint about an item I ordered on October 9, [redacted]. I accidentally ordered two instead of one. I contacted Wish to cancel the extra item, and they assured me the order was canceled and that I would receive a refund within 14-16 days. They mentioned the refund would be credited to my account by Wednesday, October 23, [redacted]. However, upon checking my account on Thursday, the refund was not there. After reaching out to them, they claimed they had processed the refund. I checked again the next day but still did not see the refund. I want my £18 back as they have confirmed the order cancellation. I have sent numerous messages to Wish, but they keep repeating the same information. I am eager to get my money refunded promptly.

I recently purchased a mole remover product and was disappointed to find that all the instructions, warnings, and ingredients were in Chinese. Despite reaching out for more information, I only received brief responses that did not address all my concerns. Eventually, after requesting more details, my order was refunded and the issue was closed. Feeling frustrated, I decided to go ahead and try the product. Unfortunately, I am now facing a severe skin infection with significant blistering and skin damage, which may result in scarring. I am currently undergoing treatment with antibiotics and spending a considerable amount on medical supplies and appointments. I believe it's important to share my experience and strongly advise against selling this product, especially in Canada. I am considering seeking legal advice due to the extent of my injuries and the ongoing impact on my well-being.

I ordered tank tops from Wish, with the original delivery date set for October 17th. After a delay, they pushed it to October 24th, but my order never arrived. Wish requires separate refund requests for each item, so I went through the process four times, getting blocked after the third request for refund "abuse." I'm still waiting for all four tank tops, as today is the 26th. Despite putting in an appeal, I was notified it will take 5 to 7 days, which seems unreasonable. I feel frustrated that only $4.75 was refunded, excluding shipping for the first two tank tops. While I appreciate Wish, I don't believe this situation is fair, especially being labeled as a refund abuser.

I would like to address an issue with my recent order from Wish.com. I purchased a stainless steel gold cross necklace which was scheduled to be delivered on October 25th. Today is now Saturday, October 26th, and the package has not arrived. I am concerned about the status of my delivery as it did not show up yesterday. Although the items were in my cart, I had not finalized the decision to purchase them. I intended to buy only one out of the four different LED Mini Projectors in my cart. Since the order was processed on your end without my consent, I am requesting to cancel three of the LED projectors and keep one in the order. I recently purchased a jacket that I really liked, but when it arrived after a long wait, it was not the same jacket at all. I contacted customer service and spoke to a representative named Crystelle Joyce. I explained the situation and requested a refund due to the poor quality of the item received. She asked me to send three photos, which I did, but then I heard nothing back. Despite my continued inquiries about the refund and how to return the jacket, I received an email saying I did not need to send it back and that my refund was being processed. However, since July, I have not received my refund and now when I try to follow up, I receive a message saying the email is no longer valid. I really need my money back as I cannot afford to waste it. The jacket I received looks like a rust-colored Santa jacket. Please assist me in getting my refund. Thank you.

I placed an order for two women's synthetic wigs on September 12, and the payment was made using my bank card. However, the transaction was not processed until October 14. I am unable to locate my order number, but the one provided might be it: 5daOfbc6f[redacted]0e3499b. Despite numerous emails sent daily, I have not received any resolution. The $40.65 payment is confirmed on my bank statement, yet I have not received any confirmation or the items. The wigs I ordered are the Qianbaihui Curly Wig for white women in short blonde natural look and the Women's Capless Synthetic Short Layered Cut Highlighted Balayage Gray wig. I recently made a purchase on Wish for 9 items that were marked as shipped but never arrived. After the delivery time had passed, I contacted Wish only to be informed months later that my items wouldn't be coming because the merchant couldn't fulfill the order. Wish also inaccurately claimed I had canceled some items, which was not the case. I feel disappointed with the lack of customer care displayed by Wish. Some items seem to have been lost between shipping and delivery, leading to the refund period expiring. I believe Wish failed to fulfill their end of the contract by falsely stating my order was in transit when it was not. I paid for these items in good faith, and I expect to receive them as promised. I didn't realize I was charged for items I didn't intend to purchase. I need to cancel the order for the $1 to $5 dollar bids on items, specifically the 3 pairs of running shoes totaling $[redacted]. Please ensure my account is refunded before November 2. I'm relying on your prompt assistance to cancel this order seven days prior to processing. PayPal suggested a refund, and I greatly appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

I have been attempting to address an issue with Wish through email since last year, and I am extremely frustrated that it has not been resolved. I am puzzled by the difficulty in deleting an account. I never created or opened an account with Wish, but when I tried to browse the website, I was surprised to see a prompt for me to sign in with MY email address and a hidden password. Another individual must have created an account using MY email, and I want all accounts associated with MY email on Wish to be promptly removed. Due to this ongoing issue persisting for over a year, I am unable to even access Wish's website to browse. At this point, I have lost my desire to engage with Wish until this matter is resolved. Hopefully, my concern will now be addressed properly, and I am eager to have all accounts linked to MY email eradicated without further delay.

I have been experiencing issues with my Wish orders. My hair product was never delivered, even after re-ordering it, and Wish automatically selected a refund without providing an option for me to respond. I ordered a gold and black short wig that also never arrived, and despite the mistakes made by Wish, I did not request a refund; I simply want my orders to be fulfilled. I am still waiting for the backpack that is supposed to be on its way. I will refrain from placing any new orders until my current ones are resolved. I have been dealing with these problems since September, specifically concerning a back-ordered hair growth product by Andrea that did not work as expected. Hello, I have encountered some issues with recent orders I made during the summer. There are 4 items missing from my order, and 2 items that were incorrect. Despite the 4 missing items being past the refund date, I am keeping a close watch on this. I have noticed that when I click on a photo of an item, a different item is displayed, which seems unprofessional. Additionally, some of the missing items were delayed and the new arrival date extended beyond the refund date, making it challenging to claim a refund. I am uncertain how to proceed when the refund date occurs before the new arrival date. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

I placed two orders on the same day. One was successful, but the other had a card issue, yet the charge went through without receiving the items. I contested the charge, got a refund, and now I'm facing a proof of purchase request for an order that never went through. WISH lacks a direct phone line for assistance, making it frustrating. I need help resolving this issue promptly and without unnecessary requests. If WISH wants to keep my business, they need to assist me efficiently.

I need help tracking an order scheduled to arrive by Oct 20, but now shows Oct 27. I selected 'no' when asked if I received the item, and was told a refund would take up to 14 days to process. I do not want a refund; I want to find my product for Halloween. I can't track it as the status only shows 'refunded.' I'm worried as I need this for a costume. I emailed customer support, but they will only reply in 2-3 days. Can anyone assist in locating my package?

Hello, this is Tamara. I have been a loyal Wish customer for some time now. I've made several purchases for different occasions, including Christmas. Unfortunately, I have not received around 24 items that I ordered, totaling $[redacted].38. When I reached out to Wish customer support, they initially asked for more time for delivery, but when I followed up, they refused to issue a refund. As a person on disability with limited income, this loss is significant to me. Despite my attempts to contact Wish and even involving external agencies like the Better Business Bureau, I have not received a satisfactory response. I believe Wish is prioritizing money over customer satisfaction, and I simply want either a refund or the items I ordered. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Mr. Nicole, I received three of the Muslim hats this morning. The total on the invoice shows $29.66, but each hat was listed at $1 with an additional $2 for shipping. I ordered three and one was meant to be free with only shipping of $3, making a total of $12 with shipping. I was also charged $7.49, refunded on Oct 21, then charged $19.26 on Oct 18 (not refunded), and charged $3.21 again. The hat I received was too thin; I was hoping for something warmer due to hair loss from chemo. I have emailed daily with no response until now. Your merchandise is appealing, but this experience has been disappointing. I intend to return the hats and expect a full refund of $52.43, considering the $7.49 refund. Thank you, Mary P.
