Hello DHL International, I have been dealing with a VAT and duty mix-up related to an order that has caused a lot of inconvenience. I had to go through multiple calls and provide proof of purchase to the customs office due to the shipper undervaluing the shipment. Now, I have received a bill for the extra charges after waiting for the item for over two months. Today, I received a full refund, which I appreciate, but I need an email address to forward the details to you. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as I am not happy about having to pay a bill without receiving the solar panel. I look forward to your response to settle this outstanding debt. I need urgent help canceling this still pending order to avoid shipping/return fees. This negative experience has led me to reconsider further purchases. I would like a management representative to contact me promptly to rectify this issue. Contacting online support only caused more frustration. I also need to update my phone number on the app. I expect a professional resolution to this situation before I consider future business with WISH. I recently made multiple limited-time orders from your store, WISH. Despite ordering within the allotted time frame, I received numerous separate emails canceling all my purchases. I expect full refunds promptly back to my credit card. I intend to report this to the BBB for false advertising. I have screenshots confirming my timely orders. If this was an error on your part, I request suitable compensation, given the time spent shopping on your site. I'm disappointed and will not be shopping at WISH again, as I plan to share my negative experience with others. Thank you.

Dear Agent, I am having difficulties sending a refund request for an order from my Order History on Wish due to my account being blocked, the Customer support tab being removed, and not receiving any responses from Customer support for the last 10 days. I raised a ticket 22 days ago and have yet to receive a solution. The Transaction ID is 5d733be133b73f07f1a86788 for the item "5.5 inch for iPhone 7 Plus Smartphone IOS Quad Core 12.0MP Camera Refurbished - Black, 128G-AU Plug". The issue is that the item was marked as delivered over 22 days ago, but I have not received it. I have been following up for the past 22 days, but have not received a proper solution from your agents. Without any responses, my ticket was closed. Additionally, I am unable to create a new ticket for this order. I am wondering what steps I should take next to receive a proper solution for the item I have not received.

I made a purchase on October 3, and when I checked out, I noticed that the name and address on the confirmation page were someone else's in the USA instead of mine in Canada. I tried to cancel through the app immediately, but it said the order had already been shipped within 30 seconds to 1 minute. Shortly after, I received shipment confirmations for all 11-14 products I ordered. I filed complaints for each item, explaining the mix-up with the name and address but confirming my credit card. I got one automated response on Oct 11 asking me to email support directly, which I did, providing my details, but I haven't heard back from anyone. Wish updates suggest that my items were delivered to the wrong address. The Wish website lists a 1-[redacted] number, but it only directs you to email support or use the app for customer service with no option to speak to a live representative.

This morning, I noticed a $[redacted].46 deduction from my bank account, which was unexpected since I didn't authorize any payments. I also received an email about connecting my PayPal account to someone named Jason H, referencing my Wish app username jay howw. I did not make any purchases that would result in this charge, and it's causing financial strain as it has left me with a negative balance and potential overdraft fees. This situation is inconvenient as I have bills to pay and other financial obligations. I am seeking assistance to be refunded for the unauthorized transaction.

I bought an iPhone 6s with 128GB memory from Wish and received a 6s with 16GB instead. I would like to receive the correct phone I purchased. I will contact American Express to assist if there is no resolution.

I ordered multiple products on Wish, and the costs ended up being different from what was initially shown due to shipping expenses not being included upfront. I used my card for payment, and the amount was debited from my account by Wish. Subsequently, I received individual confirmation emails for each item, including shipping details and tracking numbers. Strangely, two items were refunded for $0.74 each, but the shipping fees were not refunded. Despite the emails indicating shipping and estimated arrival dates, one item has yet to arrive. Upon checking the tracking information, there was progress initially, but now an error message appears, and my account no longer shows any past orders. I have been unable to reach Wish customer service via phone. The items I am waiting for include two dresses, two pairs of shoes (boots), three sets of rings, and a Nike sweat suit. I mistakenly noticed some unauthorized charges on my debit card, which I never authorized. I typically add items to my cart on Wish to consider them for a few days before deciding on a purchase. Strangely, these items were charged without my knowledge. Today, when I checked my balance after being paid $[redacted], I only had $[redacted] left. This significant amount has never been spent by me at once. I've never bought anything from Wish, yet I was charged for an iPad, blue hiking boots, shoes, and earbuds. This has caused financial stress as that money is essential for my bills. I've already taken steps with Nc sceu Bank to investigate, and they advised me to void my current card. I'm disappointed that I can't reach out to Wish for a refund immediately. It's frustrating, and being a former US Marine only adds to my disappointment. I hope to get this resolved soon and get my money back.

I recently purchased 47 items from your website, but then I was informed that 14 of the items were not paid for. However, I did pay for all the items immediately. It seems like there might be some issue with your pricing and advertising practices. I specifically want the shoes, bed spreads, pants, and other items that were removed from my order. I've been trying to contact customer service without much success. If I do not receive all my items, I would prefer a full refund instead. This is not like eBay where bidding is involved; I expected to receive all the items I paid for without any confusion. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I placed an order and waited for several weeks without receiving it. After tracking the order, I discovered it was delivered and left outside in the hallway of my apartment building, where it was stolen. I requested a refund or store credit but was denied. I have been going back and forth about this matter since July, contacting them over 10 times. Now they are claiming the time frame for my purchase has expired, despite my continuous communication with them. Shipping is not my responsibility as I have already paid for the order. They cannot just keep my money and decide not to refund me for a product I never received due to their shipping mistake. I want a refund or store credit as promised.

Recently, I have been ordering from Wish since [redacted]. I have multiple accounts with them. Initially, I placed a few orders under my first account. While some orders were good, others were not up to par. My recent purchase of a 3XL waist trainer ended up being way too small, just like previous sizing issues. Additionally, some dresses I ordered fell apart after one wash or were too small, leading me to seek refunds from Wish. Despite not wanting to keep the faulty products, I was refunded but now I am facing being 'flagged'. Even though I provided photos as proof of defects, I feel unfairly treated. At this point, I am considering deleting the app and discontinuing my orders with Wish. I have tried to give them many chances to resolve issues, but being penalized for seeking refunds seems unreasonable. I will be donating the ill-fitting items as I no longer wish to deal with this situation or shop on the Wish app.

I recently experienced someone hacking into my account. The hackers requested that all my orders, which amounted to around $43, be returned for Wish Cash to purchase new items. Subsequently, these orders were refunded, and I received Wish Cash without any communication from customer support. Upon trying to use the Wish Cash, I encountered difficulties proceeding with my purchase as I am prompted to "verify my identity." However, I am unable to do so because the hacker altered the email associated with the account. Despite my numerous attempts to regain access to my account and reaching out to Wish through various channels, I have not received any assistance. I am extremely frustrated as no one has been collaborating with me to resolve this issue, and I have also tried to deactivate my account to no avail. The alternate email address introduced by the hacker is evidently fake.

I am still waiting for my daughter's iPad to arrive for her birthday today. I ordered it a while ago and it was supposed to be here by the 11th. Unfortunately, I lost my phone, so I can't access my original Wish app. I am Sabrina Ross, living at [redacted] 2nd Ave Northwest, Dauphin, R7N 1H3. Problems with Wish: 1. The purchased phone is not working. 2. The leather jacket size is suitable for a 12-year-old boy. 3. Two pairs of shoes, both the same style but ordered in different colors, were received. The brown pair fell apart after being worn three times. 4. Two jumpers were purchased, both made for small individuals. The belts are the same material as the jumpers. I contacted Wish Support and was asked to send photos of the items, then they requested reference numbers for all items. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Communication is only through messages; there is no option to talk to them over the phone. It seems like I have to escalate this. This company is not reliable. A tip: many items can be found on eBay for the same price with free shipping. Who is benefiting here? Regards, Ray N.

I placed an order for 17 items on August 26th. The pickup was scheduled for September 18th at Metro PC near my house. However, my order has been continuously delayed, with refunds issued for 3 of the items I ordered back in April. These items keep getting canceled, yet they are still listed on the app. What about the other dozen items I ordered? None of them seem to be ready for pickup. I find it hard to believe that none of the items are available. Could I at least pick up the items that are in stock? This wait is unprecedented with Wish; they have always delivered faster in the past. I am a loyal customer and have ordered from Wish multiple times. It would be greatly appreciated if you could cover the shipping costs due to the inconvenience and extended delay beyond the initial pickup date. Please consider mailing the items to my address.

I believe it's unfair to be flagged for the issues I encountered with items received from the platform. For instance, a sweater I ordered didn't match the picture, a crib pen was defective, another sweater I got was slim instead of baggy, boots were the right size but too narrow at the ankle, a smartphone cover didn't fit my device properly, and a winter jacket had too narrow sleeves. These discrepancies occurred, and I reached out to customer service, only to be flagged. I don't find this situation justifiable. The accuracy of the descriptions provided by the merchants on the platform is questionable, making it difficult to trust the products.
