I have placed two orders that should have arrived by now. Due to a recent hurricane, the delivery date got delayed, but that date has also passed without any update. I am unable to access my account to reach out for support as I either forgot my password or it was changed without my knowledge. I received an email from Wish requesting confirmation to change my account email to an unknown one, which makes me concerned about a possible hack. Despite requesting password reset emails, I have not been receiving them even though I was notified they were sent. I'd appreciate speaking to a human representative to help me resolve this situation.

My son's card was fraudulently used on the 3rd of this month for $63.30 by Elvie Aron or Blackwell. I refuse to pay $5 for a lawyer to stop the order and demand a refund. The card belongs to Robert A Sikes. Charging victims for legal assistance is unjust, especially for someone like my disabled son who cannot afford it. If legal action is taken, it will be against your company for allowing stolen card usage and then demanding payment to halt transactions. I insist on the money being returned as this incident has led to overdraft fees for him.

I am very upset as I canceled my order within 15 minutes of placing it, yet I was still charged $[redacted].87 and $89.45 on October 7th. I have contacted my Visa card company to dispute these charges. I received the two jackets on 10/9 but haven't opened the box. Please provide me with a return label without any fee as I should not have received this delivery. I want the full refund for both charges to be credited back to my Visa card as soon as possible. Please issue the return label today so I can send back the jackets. I prefer to resolve this without involving customer affairs. Kindly handle this promptly before further action is required. Greetings. On October 6th around 11 pm, I accidentally placed an order for several products totaling about €[redacted]. The following afternoon, on October 7th around 4 pm, I requested the cancellation and refund of each mistakenly purchased item. Customer service assured me I would be contacted within 2-3 days, yet I have not received any updates. Moreover, I have noticed notifications regarding the shipment of some products. At this juncture, I must assume that despite my efforts, Wish customer service has disregarded my requests. Honestly, before placing any further orders (despite the competitive prices), I will carefully reconsider. I express this with great regret.

I purchased 4 different shirts, but encountered a problem where the shipping address was a combination of parts of 2 previous addresses. I attempted to rectify it right away, but only managed to send an email detailing the issue. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. One shirt ended up at a US post office, luckily they called and I was able to collect it. Despite being notified that 2 shirts were delivered, the tracking information indicates they were sent to New Jersey (both addresses had Massachusetts zip codes). I am missing 3 shirts that I paid around $65 for.

My 11-year-old son made purchases totaling €[redacted].10 without my consent, and the payment has not been deducted from my bank account yet due to insufficient funds. I have reached out to my bank to address the situation. However, my son inadvertently confirmed the order by replying with the letter "y" to your app's confirmation message, and now there is no order history for me to reference the products or codes. I am requesting the cancellation of this order and that no funds be withdrawn from my account.

I placed an order for multiple items, but I have only received the two watches so far. Despite having notifications set up for deliveries, nothing else has arrived. I am becoming frustrated with the situation and feel like my orders are being mishandled. I am missing several items such as boots, necklaces, and cross necklaces that I purchased as gifts for Christmas and birthdays. I insist on receiving all the items I paid for promptly. I am having trouble returning items I purchased on your website for a refund. I cannot find any information on how to process returns or the necessary instructions. I attempted to track the package a few days ago, but the site was not working, so I ended up ordering phones from another retailer. Today, the phones I ordered from your site arrived, but I no longer need them. I thought I had been scammed, so I opened a dispute with my bank. I have made multiple purchases on Wish, and I am consistently facing issues with items not arriving or taking an excessively long time to reach me. Unfortunately, the customer service provided by Wish has been inadequate, as they fail to address my concerns or provide satisfactory responses to my questions. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience, especially considering the number of fake tracking numbers I have encountered. At this point, I would like a refund for the remaining items in my order. The shipping costs from China, amounting to up to $14.00, are steep considering the lengthy delivery times and lack of proper tracking. In comparison, it is more cost-effective to purchase similar items locally in Australia with reliable tracking options. Overall, I feel like I have been misled and am seeking clarification and resolution from Wish.

Hi, I'm contacting about my order with the ID 5d8a2eec35edcc7cbda81b1e. I placed the order on September 24th and it included a Soft Shell V4 Tactical Military Jacket, Men's Casual Soft Loose Long Pants with Pleated Multi Pockets, and Leather Boxer Shorts. I only received 2 pairs of the Men's Casual Pants, which I returned and received a refund for on October 3rd. However, I have not received the refund for the missing Military Jacket. I no longer want any products from this company. I cancelled my entire order, requested a full refund, and asked for my card information, which I did not authorize to be saved, to be removed from their website. Despite cancelling when the items were still processing, I have been informed that some items have already been shipped, which should not have happened. Most companies bill your card when items are shipped, but in this case, they charged my card even before confirming the item availability. Now, they are claiming that because a few items were already shipped post my cancellation, I am not eligible for a refund. This has been a terrible experience with this company, and I am adamant about receiving a full refund and not receiving any of their merchandise. They mention that some items won't be available until the end of November, which raises the question of why they charged my card immediately. This is a frustrating situation, and I am considering reporting this to the Attorney General.

Hello, I made purchases from Geek and Wish on September 4th. Unfortunately, I haven't received my item from Geek, which is a USB touch-sensitive electric lighter that I got for free but paid $3 for shipping. The tracking number for this item is SY[redacted]8. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wish. I purchased a TV and an iPad for my grandson at what seemed like a great price. However, Wish now claims they cannot fulfill my order without providing any explanation. Despite this, they continue to advertise the same products on their site. I find it unfair that a company can offer a price, accept the order, and then fail to deliver due to their own mistake. I used to enjoy shopping on Wish, but after this incident, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also be informing others about their questionable business practices. My grandson and I were both let down by this situation. Additionally, I am still waiting for a refund from a previous undelivered order that has not been credited to my account. Although my individual impact may be small, I feel it's important to share my experience with others.

On October 8, [redacted], I purchased a leather jacket from Wish.com. After clicking the buy button, the transaction went through without showing me a preview, charging £93 for 2 jackets and a belt I didn't select. I was disappointed by the quick processing without confirmation. Despite contacting PayPal immediately, the order couldn't be stopped. Trying to cancel on the Wish site was futile as the order had already processed. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a functional Wish customer service number. I have a question regarding my recent orders. Whenever I purchase items for $0.50, I receive a text message offering a refund. I find this unfair because I buy these items as Christmas gifts on a fixed income. I chose your store for its fair prices, but the constant refund notices are frustrating. If the items are priced at $0.50, shouldn't everyone be able to purchase them without facing refund offers? This situation is concerning, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. I had a package scheduled for delivery on the 4th, but it was marked as delivered to my front porch while the mail carrier actually left it in the mailbox. Upon checking the mailbox, the package wasn't there, and the postal worker confirmed that it might have been stolen. I spoke to the post office in Cheraw, South Carolina, and they acknowledged the mistake. I'm frustrated as the item never arrived, and the value of $33 is significant to me and my family. Hello, I am seeking assistance with my recent order issue. I placed an order for products on the 5th of October, but the transaction did not go through initially. Hello, I am Zennith Castro. I have encountered an issue with my orders being delivered to Vetty's boutique in Peoria, Arizona. Vetty's boutique is no longer a shipping option for your company since August 9, [redacted]. The post office has been unable to deliver my packages to the boutique, and I am unable to collect them myself because they are in Vetty's boutique name. I am concerned about one of the packages being a Halloween costume for my grandson. I have other orders with your company that are meant for Vettis boutique.
