I recently placed my first order a few days ago. However, I was informed that all the items I ordered were refunded due to ordering time constraints. I placed a second order and was careful to submit it promptly, yet once again, most items were refunded with the reason given as "out of time." I am puzzled by the fact that all discounted items were refunded, while full-priced items were not affected. I have decided to discontinue using your company and will share my experience with others. I viewed numerous items, but had trouble deciding between keeping them or putting them back as I didn't see that option. Some items showed one price, but at checkout, a different price appeared. When I tried to cancel the order, I received a message saying it would be shipped, and the money was deducted from my account without a final review. It seems once you press "buy," it's an instant purchase. Could you clarify the correct process for purchasing items on your website? Thank you.

I am having difficulty placing an order on Wish. I need assistance as I am unsure what exact items I need for my Samsung LK-30 Android smartphone. I am in need of a sturdy 9-foot cord and a fast charger. I am struggling due to a brain tumor, making it challenging for me to navigate this on my own. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from Wish could help me find the right items. Having a contact number would make this process much easier. The email address provided seems invalid, which is frustrating. I may need to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau if this issue persists.

I placed an order on Wish for eight items that were listed as free with free shipping. When I checked out, the total cost was $0.00. However, $[redacted].00 NZD was deducted from my account by Wish for these items that were supposed to be free. I did not receive the usual confirmation email from Wish after placing the order. I do not want the items shipped, I just want a refund as the items were meant to be free.

I purchased surveillance cameras for outside my home hoping for clear pictures but only got static. I contacted Wish about the issue, and after 2 weeks, found their reply in my junk mail. They instructed me to return the cameras, which I did. It has been nearly 2 months, and I just received an email confirming my refund for the cameras but not for the return shipping cost of $30. I believe they should have reimbursed me for the shipping as well.

I purchased two nail kits online, and the expected arrival date was October 12th and 13th. To my disappointment, the status suddenly changed to "refunded." This unexpected change dashed mine and my mom's hopes of receiving them. As we come from a low-income family, this opportunity to get something for free was truly exciting for us. It was upsetting to have our excitement crushed by the refund notification. It's important not to ruin people's happiness and excitement in this manner.

They charged my card for several items right away, but I later discovered that most of the items were not available for purchase immediately. The website only had one item per day. Now, I cannot get most of the items charged to my card, and the customer service robot says it will take 14 days to get a refund. The immediate charge process should have been reversed equally fast. I requested to cancel the items that were being processed before they shipped, but now they've been shipped, and there is no refund. I only realized later that my credit card information was saved on the website without my permission, which worries me. I demand that they remove my card information immediately. I have encountered many issues with this company, and upon contacting my bank, I learned about ongoing problems related to premature charges. This is unacceptable.

I haven't ordered from you since earlier this year. You were aware there was unauthorized activity in my account, but instead of investigating the situation properly, you charged me and did not deliver the product. This has happened before. I do not have an account with you, yet the transaction was processed. You have caused inconvenience by not ensuring the correct address and have taken money without providing the products. I demand a refund to rectify this situation for my daughter.

I didn't receive the 6 items I purchased on the Wish app. After losing my phone and being unable to access my primary email, I lost all my contacts and emails. I created a new Wish account but can't see my recent orders. I've emailed support multiple times without any response. I paid for those items, so I either want the products or a refund. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication from support. How many more emails do I need to send to get a resolution? - LL

I mistakenly placed an order on a phone when I didn't mean to. I then tried to cancel the order but instead received $[redacted].00 in Wish cash back. I only wanted to cancel the order and have my money refunded to my Direct Express card. I do not want to order anything at this time or receive a Wish refund. Please cancel my accidental order and refund the money to my Direct Express account. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased 3 cosplay items on Wish. After receiving a confirmation of the purchase, an error occurred, and now my items are under verification. I used a different shipping address to my new apartment but the same debit card. The application requested a bank statement to confirm the purchase. I obtained the statement from my local bank to prove that I made the purchase with the same debit card. However, I am receiving unhelpful emails prompting me to confirm the purchase by responding above the line. Despite reaching out to customer support, I have not received assistance for this issue. I have already been charged on my bank account and have provided the proof on my Chase application. If Wish cannot resolve this issue, I request a refund for the total of $[redacted].60 spent on the items. Thank you.

I have yet to receive my order containing a Rolling Tray and Bluetooth earbuds. When I try to track the delivery, it shows there has been a delay in the schedule. I understand delays can happen, but this is the most significant issue I have faced with orders from Wish. I am seeking clarification regarding the status of my order. Additionally, I ordered a Rolling Tray, and the system indicates I have been refunded, but I have not received the tray yet.

I'm inquiring about a refund that was debited from my debit card by PayPal and later used to pay for an order at Wish that doesn't actually exist. When I reach out to customer support, they asked to reference ticket number [redacted]6, but when I check the support system, there's no information available. I accidentally placed an order while items were still in my wishlist. When I noticed this, I quickly tried to rectify the situation by deleting unwanted items in my cart and emailing for assistance. Unfortunately, despite my efforts within 15 minutes, I was informed that too much time had passed (over 8 hours) and nothing could be done. I am now being told I have to receive the items, return them, and then wait for a refund. This situation has put a financial strain on me as I have important bills to pay such as electricity, car, and insurance. I have reached out to Wish support multiple times regarding an order I placed back in July. Yesterday, I contacted LaserShip, the shipping company, only to find out they have lost my package. I was advised to get in touch with the seller directly, hence why I am reaching out here now. I am extremely frustrated that there hasn't been much progress in resolving this issue, especially since I have already paid for the 2 pool tubes shaped like pizzas. I received an email from LaserShip stating that they are unable to locate my package and have classified it as lost. They provided me with a tracking number, case number, and advised me to contact the seller for further assistance.

I encountered issues with my order not going through. I did not cancel the order, however, it was canceled on September 24th. I noticed that the funds were deducted from my account by Geek. The system indicated that I would receive a full refund for all three items by October 8, [redacted]. Despite checking my account and contacting my bank, I have not received the refund. While your system shows that a refund was processed, my account does not reflect the refund but shows the withdrawals.
