I added money to my Wish account on October 1, [redacted], after canceling an item instead of receiving a refund. Yesterday, October 2, at 10:50 p.m., I used my Wish credit to order a product. However, after placing the order, $32 was also charged to the credit card ending in [redacted], in addition to the $45 from my Wish funds. I accidentally placed an order last night, and when I tried to cancel it this morning, Wish refused, claiming it's already in process. The status shows "Processing Order," indicating it hasn't shipped yet. I've left messages last night and today but haven't received any responses. I'm incredibly frustrated and upset. I've never encountered such difficulty canceling an order before it's shipped with any other company. I regret not sticking with Amazon; they are much more reliable.

I purchased 2 baseball bat flashlights, each about 20 inches long, with a large light opening. I only received 1 bat flashlight two months ago. Despite my emails, I have not received any updates on the missing one. Recently, I ordered 3 more for Christmas gifts, but they arrived today and are significantly smaller, measuring only 12-18 inches. I'm disappointed with the size discrepancy and want the correct longer ones that I initially ordered. I paid the requested amount for the items and would appreciate receiving the correct products promptly.

Today when I tried to use my bank card, it was declined. Upon contacting my bank, I learned that an unauthorized attempt was made to charge $3,[redacted] on my card from Wish this afternoon. I still possess my physical card and did not authorize this transaction. This suggests a security breach within Wish's system, allowing unauthorized purchases to occur. This incident is distressing as I intended to pay my rent today. To address this issue, I have had to request a new card from my bank. I seek clarification on how these unauthorized purchase attempts were made and why they are appearing on my Wish account.

The item labeled as "free" did not show any free options when I checked all sizes and colors for the [redacted] New Twist Cardigan sold by seller lizao666. Similarly, an ad listed as "$1.00" for Womans winter hooded coats by seller linzhong22 also did not have the promoted price available after checking all variations. I have encountered multiple similar issues but have not had the time to report all of them.
Furthermore, I am concerned about the frequent non-delivery of items after ordering. While refunds are promptly issued, I prefer to receive the products I purchased. It is frustrating to reorder and wait another three weeks for potential delivery. I suggest implementing a feature to search for ordered items by tracking number to streamline the process.

I made a purchase for a total of $26.78 that included various items like a toilet light, faucet light, lighted shower head, and a large DIY wall clock. Although my debit card was charged, I have not received any confirmation email or notification regarding my order. I recently received an email stating that my account email was changed, even though I did not request it. Unfortunately, Wish changed it to another person's email, who turned out to be a scammer accessing my credit card details. I lost my order history before the hack. After creating a new account, it has been over three weeks with no items received and no resolution. When I contacted support, their response was unsatisfactory, stating they couldn't retrieve my previous order details and asking me to continue with the new account. It's disappointing how Wish's customer care and support handle such situations and fail to maintain customer loyalty.

Recently, I received an email stating that my email address had been changed on my Wish account, a change I did not request. Later, I discovered that my account had been compromised, and my order details were lost. After contacting Wish customer support, I was informed that they couldn't recover my previous order information. Disappointed with their lack of assistance, I had to create a new account. It has been over * weeks since I placed my order, and I have not received the item nor been able to regain access to my old account. I hope Wish.com can send me the item I originally ordered and help me regain access to my account.

I accidentally placed the same order four times and I only intended to order it once. The first order is for $89.00 and I would like to keep that one. There is another order for $69.00 that I want to cancel along with all the duplicate orders of it. To clarify, I only want the original order for $89.00 to remain. Please cancel all orders except for the one made on 10/3/19. I want to note my frustration with not being able to speak with a customer service representative regarding this matter.

I was disappointed with the price discrepancy of the goods I ordered. I would like to cancel my order as I feel misled. The price shown next to the items led me to believe that was the total cost, but only after entering my payment details did I discover the actual price. I request the cancellation of my order immediately and will be notifying my bank accordingly. I feel deceived as I thought I was receiving a good deal but now realize I have been taken advantage of. I plan to report this unfair trading practice.

I ordered several items from WISH that later turned out to be unavailable. I was informed that I have until October 7 to collect a refund either in Wish cash or wait for it to credit back into my account. I am frustrated that the products were charged to my account when they weren't available. I found the same items on Wish again without any mention of being unavailable. I recently purchased an item that was on sale for 50 cents. However, during the countdown on the 4th, I received a cancellation for the 5th even though it's not the 5th yet. This has happened before where I've won items and they've been canceled, which is frustrating. My family frequently orders from this site, and I just started. I did not cancel the waist and leg purse. I would appreciate an explanation as this has now happened twice. I placed some orders for birthday presents in early September. One order of necklaces arrived early, so I'm hoping the rest, including a rose gold necklace and earrings set and a rose gold cross necklace, will arrive by next week, no later than the tenth. I ordered a buy one get one free deal - one set for my Godmother's birthday on 10-10, and the other for my friend's birthday on September 11. I purchased some items from the "Limited Quantity Deal" but there are no instructions on how to use them. This is frustrating as there is no help desk option for assistance. If the company doesn't provide guidance, it's a waste of time and money to promote these items. It's important for businesses to offer clear instructions or remove the item altogether. If this issue isn't addressed, I will have to report it for false advertising.

In early September, I placed an order on Wish for 2 tops, a dress, and a ring. Wish provided me with a FedEx tracking number and indicated the delivery would be by 10/3. However, on 10/3, there was no update, and today it shows the delivery date has been pushed to 10/10. When I entered the tracking number on the FedEx website, it was invalid. I also tried USPS and UPS with no luck. I even contacted FedEx, and they confirmed it's not a valid tracking number.
I am frustrated by this situation and simply want the items I purchased to be sent to me. This experience is unusual for me with Wish, and I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.
