I have a major issue and the consumer law requires me to write to you one last time to receive a full refund for 3 coats that were in my cart and charged to my credit card on October 5, [redacted], by WISH.COM in Toronto, ON for $79.36. Since then, I have been in communication with your customer service, being transferred between departments and receiving numerous emails, having to repeatedly explain my situation. Despite receiving emails instructing me to wait to receive the 3 coats and then communicate for the return process, I currently have the coats at home. Please advise me on the return procedure and kindly refund me the full amount of $79.36 that was charged on October 5, [redacted], by WISH.COM in Toronto, ON. I will send a copy to consumer protection for follow-up. Once again, please refund me and provide instructions for the return. Mrs. Ginette Marion, I expect to be refunded and updated promptly.

I've reached out to customer support multiple times. The issue lies in the fact that a payment is not going through from my end. I have verified with my bank and credit card provider, and everything seems to be in order. The problem initially arose on October 24th or 21st, and I am eager to make a purchase on Wish. Kindly investigate the issue from your side without directing me to check the usual places, as I have already done so. This concerns a transaction for Flossie A Libby. Please review my credit card details as they are correct. I appreciate your prompt response.

Hello, I have been blocked because Wish says I have made too many refunds. Unfortunately, it is true because the merchandise either does not arrive, or if it does, it takes up to 4 months. I need the items I order within the specified time; I can't wait indefinitely with the risk of not receiving them. I also need the items when I order them. I am waiting for your response to resolve everything as quickly as possible.

I recently noticed that some items from my order were canceled and refunded without my request. I am uncertain if this affected all items or just a particular seller. I am considering purchasing from a different seller or directly from Amazon. I have contacted support and received emails directing me to check the app for responses, but I cannot locate the messages there or on the website. I came across this issue while searching online for a solution on how to access my messages.

On August 24th, [redacted], I ordered an s9 screen protector from Wish with a delivery date initially set for October 1st, which later changed to October 8th. Unfortunately, upon reviewing my order information, I realized that I did not input my full address correctly; it was missing the crucial details after "50 St Anne's." I have since rectified this error by updating my address, but I am unsure how to proceed with having the item resent to the correct address.

I forgot to update my payment information for my order as I no longer have access to the card that was initially used. I managed to update my payment details after placing the order, but the order is still pending due to the outdated card information. I received an email notification from the Wish app stating that I have messages waiting for me, but I cannot locate them within the app. I'm unsure of the steps to rectify these issues. I attempted to place an order earlier today and was prompted to provide my email address for verification. The items in my order included various clothing and accessories with different shipping dates and costs. The total order amount was $93.17 with shipping at $26.25 after using a promo code for a discount. However, upon revisiting the website, I noticed that some prices had increased. I would like to purchase the items at the prices I originally intended to check out with. Additionally, I received three emails from Wish that contained only the information I provided and had no additional messages.

I made a $50 purchase on Wish, but it didn't appear on my phone. When I reordered, it totaled $65 and that charge showed up. My bank flagged it as potentially fraudulent. I want to cancel all orders with Wish. There's no contact number, and no way to correct errors. I need a full refund for all items. The stress and extra costs are frustrating. I recently placed an order on Wish online intending to purchase two items. However, I encountered an issue where items were removed from my cart unexpectedly, leaving me with unwanted items. I am having difficulties resolving multiple issues. The first concerns returning and getting a refund for two items. The shoes I received were the wrong color (red instead of black). The second issue involves the size as the shoes are too small. Lastly, I cannot place an order for another item due to an error message every time I try to add it to my cart. This is the fourth item I have purchased from Wish that has not been delivered. There isn't anyone available to assist, and the customer complaint process is not helpful - my message cut off midway and I did not receive any help or compensation for my troubles. The app advertises items as free, only pay shipping, but when you check the bill, it includes charges for the "free" item and up to $10 for shipping. I desire to speak with a human who can truly assist me in obtaining the orders I have paid for. I refuse to use Wish anymore due to these fraudulent practices. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and contacting Facebook regarding advertising for an app that deceives people. I expect either my items to be delivered promptly or a full refund, along with compensation for all the inconvenience and false information provided by the Wish app.

When I added these two products, the price was agreeable. However, when I placed the order, Wish charged my credit card a higher amount, which is not acceptable. I have a picture of the screen showing the correct price in the cart before ordering. I requested a refund immediately through their support service, and although they granted a refund, the amount was incorrect. Instead of refunding the full amount they overcharged, Wish refunded a much lesser amount. I noticed the discrepancy within minutes of placing the order and requested the correct refund promptly. I called their [redacted] number, but it only directs you back to the app for support. Despite providing the reference for the item with the incorrect refund, they only mention to wait 10-14 days for the refund without resolving the issue. It feels like dealing with a computerized system without a human touch to address these problems correctly.

I am dissatisfied with the service I received for several reasons: 1. The poor customer service experienced. 2. The lack of access to a human representative for assistance. 3. All items I ordered today are marked as pending and cancellation is unclear. 4. Difficulty in determining if the order has been fully canceled. 5. The assistant was unhelpful. 6. Only able to cancel one item at a time rather than the entire order. 7. Reluctance to recommend the service due to unresolved order issues. 8. Slow response time of three days to emails regarding customer service. 9. Concerns about potential charges for items ordered today without resolution. 10. I expect a prompt response, or I will avoid using this company in the future. I am frustrated and seeking immediate resolution. A phone call at [redacted] would be appreciated.

I recently made several purchases on the Wish app and paid for them using Klarna. I verified the payment in my bank account, but I haven't received any confirmation via email or the app. I checked the FAQs, but didn't find a solution. My card is not blocked, and I'm the only one using the Wish app in my household. Klarna has confirmed the payment, but without an order confirmation, I am uncertain. I have reached out to Wish support but have yet to receive a response. If you could offer assistance or contact Wish support on my behalf to verify the status of my order, it would be much appreciated.

I placed an order on your Wish app, but none of the items were delivered to my address. One item required me to pick it up at a local post office in South Africa after receiving a notice. Thankfully, upon checking with the staff, they found two other parcels for me. However, there are still items missing, and the post office staff cannot assist me due to the tracking numbers not being compatible with their system. I understand they have the outstanding parcels but cannot identify mine without the correct tracking number. When I track the items, the information hasn't been updated since September 14th when it departed from the carrier in China. The tracking number provided is UT[redacted]90CN and seems to be linked to two different items. I have paid for these items and would appreciate a solution to ensure I receive them. Thank you, JJ.

I am Ganiyat Ajiboye, one of your customers in the UK. Since September 23rd, I placed an order for 34 wristwatches at £2 each, totaling £74 deducted from my account. However, what I received was just paper packaging, not the watches I ordered. On the same day, I purchased jewelry items totaling £46.25 but did not receive any of the products. Additionally, I bought an iPad Pro, but upon receipt, there was no iPad, only a gold keyboard and case; this was misleading and fraudulent. I also paid for several lady's bags at £2 each but received no refunds or products. This fraudulent activity is unacceptable, and I kindly request your assistance in contacting the sellers to refund my money or deliver the correct items. I am reaching out regarding several delayed orders that have not been delivered. There are a total of 3 or 4 orders that have been late, with one of them unintentionally refunded. The specific item that I am still waiting on is a pink crystal heart pendant chain necklace with the word "MOM" carved on it, originally scheduled to arrive on October 25th. Additionally, a handmade wooden heart hanging plaque ordered as a gift, due on October 28th, and a set of couple bracelets ordered on September 28th, expected by October 23rd, have not been delivered. I would like to emphasize that I do not seek a refund; instead, I kindly request the swift delivery of these items. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid any further inconvenience.

I have previously made purchases on Wish using my saved credit card details. However, recently when attempting to buy a metal detector, I encountered a payment processing issue. A message appeared indicating a problem with processing the payment due to insufficient funds, despite Mastercard confirming adequate funds available. They suggested the issue lies with Wish's processing system. I urge for this problem to be resolved promptly as I am eager to complete the purchase. The next day, I received a notification stating that the order was being prepared for shipment in error. When I contacted customer service, they asked if the item had been delivered. I mistakenly confirmed delivery on November 5th. This is my first purchase on Wish. The other items I ordered are in transit correctly, but it seems this particular product is held up.
