On July 5th, I tried to purchase an iPad case, but I accidentally added a backpack to my order. Although I didn't finalize the transaction, it went through. After contacting support to cancel and requesting a refund, I reordered just the iPad case. Upon realizing the case didn't work for my wife's iPad, I cancelled that order for a refund as well. While I see the refund for the second cancellation is in progress, I received an email today saying the backpack alone is being shipped, which I never ordered. I noticed two charges on my credit card from Wish for $20.23 each, one for the backpack and iPad order supposed to be cancelled on July 5th and another unauthorized charge on July 6th. I initially thought the July 6th charge was a refund, but the amount isn't preceded by a minus sign. To clarify, these charges should not have occurred, and nothing should be on its way to me. I received my order today, July 8th. This is the second ring I have ordered. The first ring I got was for Mother's Day, but sadly, all the stones fell out. Today, I received a different ring, a diamond one, but when I opened the package, there was no diamond in the middle. I wonder if during packaging, they check to ensure all the stones are intact. My mother has been waiting for this ring since Mother's Day. I have sent pictures through email just now. I have made numerous purchases from your website and have been happy so far. I want to continue shopping with you, so please send out another ring. I don't need a refund, just a replacement size 6 ring. Thank you.

I received a message stating that my item was delivered on July 5th. It is now July 8th, and I have not received the item. I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but no action has been taken. I received a response confirming the delivery of the item, but I have yet to receive it. This is my first time using Wish, and I am very disappointed. I have two more items on order, and I fear they will not arrive either. I am requesting a refund as I am unable to speak with a human to understand how the delivery was confirmed. I was home all day on July 5th, and nothing was received in my mailbox or on my porch. I frequently order from Amazon and have never encountered such issues.

Hello, I am contacting you seeking assistance regarding my order. Order ID 5d16c8e5ea08495bab36144a seems to have been delivered to the wrong address. When I tried to reach out through Contact Support on the WISH app, it flagged me for return/refund abuse. I am not requesting a refund at this time; I just want to ensure my order is sent to the correct address. After contacting the local delivery branch, they mentioned my package was delivered to an address in Dickson. Could there have been an error with the tracking number or was the shipping company responsible for the incorrect delivery address? All the details I provided line up with the tracking number that is showing delivery in Dickson, TN instead of the correct address. How can we proceed to resolve this issue? Thank you, Kassandra H.

My boyfriend made a purchase on my wish account using his debit card. The transaction was initially declined, but upon checking his online bank statement, he saw that the payment had been deducted. I received a confirmation email and notification on the app, but later encountered an error message prompting me to contact customer service. I've been reaching out to customer service all day, sending multiple emails with repetitive requests. I just want either a refund or to receive my order. Please assist me with this issue.

I ordered two dresses for a festival coming up on July 20th. The dresses were ordered on June 16th, but the tracking still shows them in China under tracking number #RW[redacted]89CN. I've received the rest of my orders, but the dresses are crucial for our outfits for the festival. I am concerned if they will arrive on time. Should I request a refund and try to reorder them? I was supposed to receive a t-shirt I ordered on June 19th by July 7th, but there has been a delay. I hope my order arrives as expected. I couldn't contact the supplier on Wish because I kept receiving bot answers. Can I please get the tracking details to know the exact location of my item? Thank you.

My Wish account has been suspended because Wish claimed I reported unauthorized activity. I have been trying to resolve this for over two weeks by emailing Wish multiple times. They keep suggesting I create a new account, but I have funds in my Wish wallet and accumulated points that I will lose. To lift the ban, they asked for my email address and a picture of a purchase from Wish using PayPal. I've submitted this information three times, but the issue persists. I need someone to review my emails carefully and assist in resolving this matter promptly. Regards, LC

I recently made a purchase on Wish for a service vest for my dog. Unfortunately, it appears that the item was delivered to the wrong address. Upon reviewing my order, I noticed that I hadn't received it and wanted to follow up. I tried to address the issue through customer service but couldn't find a suitable option for this particular problem. Instead of requesting a refund, I would prefer to have the product delivered to my address at [redacted] W Desert Creek Lane, Phoenix, AZ [redacted]. I am having trouble adding my current email address, [redacted], to my account under Amanda Tyl. The system shows no email on file and when I try to add it, I receive an error message stating it's linked to another account. I'm unable to access this alleged other account to deactivate it. I need my current email to receive order notifications and track my recent order effectively.

I received an order that is not mine. I have not made any orders from your company. The order was sent to an old address where I have not lived for 3 years. I am not sure why this package was sent to me as it belongs to someone else. I will return it to the post office, but I will not pay any fees for returning it. I wanted to review my order before placing it, but wish.com charged my account without my approval. I asked for a refund, but they only refunded the dress in my basket from a previous review. I am requesting a refund for the entire order and I would like it processed faster than 14 days, since they took the money from my account in just 14 seconds.

I am unable to locate my last 4 orders on my account on your website. Unfortunately, I lost all my previous emails after upgrading to Windows 10 version [redacted]. I purchased a Polo camera for $[redacted] and received it in early May. However, I was not satisfied with the quality and decided to return it through Wish. I paid $13 to ship it back to the address provided on the return invoice in Geneva, IL. Despite sending it and confirming delivery, I have not received a refund yet. The address I was instructed to return the item to claims they do not work with Wish, leaving me unable to retrieve the camera or get a refund. Unfortunately, the return period has passed, and UPS cannot assist with insurance claims. I am now out $[redacted] and feeling helpless. I am requesting a full refund from Wish and asking them to investigate the return address they provided me. I have evidence of delivery, but the company seems unable to process the return as promised.

I purchased the Best Products Rotary Telescopic Floor Dust Sweeper for home use and received it on July 3, [redacted]. After trying it, I discovered that it only pushes dirt and hair around without collecting it. I paid $20 for this item and am considering using Wish credit at another time. I am unsure whether I should return it to Wish since it is not damaged. I attempted to upload a picture on their support page (img_0061.jpg), but it was not accepted, preventing me from proceeding. I recently ordered the Macarons Color TPU Silicone Frosted Matte Case for my iPhone. I specifically want the lighter blue color shown as the first picture, not the bright blue. I noticed that the "mint green" option in the pictures displayed a yellow case, which confused me. I really hope I didn't choose the wrong color and have to go through the hassle of returning it. The color options are black, blue, light purple, mint green, and pink. Can you confirm which color is the light blue one I'm looking for? I believe the blue option might be the darker shade, but I could be mistaken. I would appreciate it if you could clarify this before my order arrives. Thank you for your help!

I purchased a ceiling LED light which the seller claims was delivered on June 12. Initially, they mentioned delivery attempts on June 10. However, the tracking information is confusing as it stated "properly voted." This term does not make sense to me and there is no clear indication of where the item was actually delivered. Despite the status showing delivered, I never received the item. The seller refuses a refund citing the delivery status. I have been discussing this issue with the merchant back and forth, but I strongly believe I should receive a refund for the undelivered item. The tracking lacks useful details aside from mentioning the item arriving in the US and delivery attempts with the puzzling message "properly voted" on June 12.

When I received the email this morning about a trial mail theft alert, I found it frustrating that the team didn't read the whole thing. The email was just a test to demonstrate the capabilities of the system, but the focus shifted to blaming me rather than addressing the actual issue. It's important to understand that it was a test only. I also want to address why the customer support team seems unreliable, disrupting my texts in progress and failing to send them promptly. When I reached out for help with a hacking concern, the lack of response was concerning. The company's inability to handle various issues, from order deliveries to refunds, is becoming a recurring problem. It's necessary to fix these issues before blaming customers. If needed, I can provide copies of the texts revealing an employee's involvement in hacking. It's essential to address these underlying problems for better customer service. Thank you, Jane B.

I've been trying to seek help for a long time, but it feels like nobody is listening or cares. It's overwhelming to face these challenges alone. If improvements are to be made, everyone needs to get involved. There are so many issues that need addressing, and it may require a complete overhaul - starting fresh with proper business training, effective recruitment, and supportive management. Customers should not be left without their orders, refunds, or unresolved charges. We need a system where communication flows smoothly between managers, employees, and customers, working together to solve problems efficiently. The question remains: how can we reset and fix these issues for a better experience?
