The issue in GetHuman-alphach's own words
I called into the Westin st Francis hotel in San Francisco to see if I could get an early check in and I spoke to someone named sly. The number I called is *********** and selected option *. I wanted to file a formal complaint against sly as he was very dismissive and not helpful at all. I have booked two rooms for the weekend there and had inquired about checking in guests early, and he told me since I booked through Expedia he couldn’t help and I would need to talk to them about changing the name under the reservation to one of my guests who wants to check in early. I called Expedia and they changed the name for me. I then called back sly at the Westin and he cut me off and said most likely there are no early check ins as they were sold out last night. I asked him to double check he put me on hold for * seconds and said the earliest check in is at * - I doubt he even checked prior to hanging up on me. This isn’t the kind of service that I would expect from the Westin.
