I booked a reservation on July *, ****, through AAA travel (trip * ***********) for the Westin Chicago River North (conf **********). I canceled the reservation (through AAA) on July ** (well in advance of the October ** arrival date). I can provide a copy of the cancellation email received from AAA. On October **, the Westin charged $***.** as a no-show fee. I called the hotel, but they have not reversed the charge. Help!
