I have placed orders at Wendy's through the mobile app twice now. The first time, the location the app indicated as open was actually closed. This was very frustrating as I tried to contact support for hours with no response, despite the app deducting the funds from my bank account. Today, upon placing an order through the app again, the Wendy's employee was rude and claimed our order was not in their system, even though we showed her the receipt with the confirmed payment. She advised us to contact support, but I have been unable to reach them as they do not answer the phone and there is no email provided.

I have been a loyal customer of Wendy's for quite some time. Recently, a new store opened in Pace, FL, but every time I visit, there seems to be an issue. The frostys are never as frozen as in other locations, and they even forgot to provide a spoon or straw with my order, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, one time they were out of salad ingredients for over a week, a situation that doesn't happen at other Wendy's stores. During one visit, I noticed a manager who seemed to be more interested in watching the staff rather than helping out. The lack of attention to customer service is disappointing. Moreover, I miss the strawberry fields salad that was available in previous summers but seems to have been discontinued. I hope Wendy's can address these issues at the Pace, FL store. Last fall on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood, CA, I took advantage of a $2 frosty deal that promised a free Jr. Frosty with each purchase at Wendy's. During my recent visit, when I ordered single burgers, the staff refused to honor the deal because the plastic key was missing from the card I received with my $2 payment. Despite my disbelief, multiple workers, including the cashier and supposed managers, stuck to the rule - no plastic key, no free Jr. Frosty. I felt alienated and confused by this experience. - Jay H.

My mother, 87 years old, visited your drive-through twice within two days. On both occasions, her bill totaled $5.25. Each time, she handed the cashier $6.00, only to have the window shut on her without receiving any change. The second time, she remained stationary, causing a delay in the line. Eventually, a staff member returned and provided her with the correct change to prompt her to move forward. These incidents involved two different employees. I recently left a voicemail for customer service regarding the inconvenience of applying points from my Wendy's purchase for rewards through the mobile app or online. I haven't encountered this problem with any other fast-food chain. It seems unnecessary to make customers go through such trouble to prove their purchase. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to take my business elsewhere. I made a purchase on Sunday and attempted to claim points, but it seems that the 24-hour window is closing. This situation might be intentional, which is quite frustrating.

I placed an order at store #[redacted] via the Wendy's app on Friday ([redacted]43). When I checked the screen, my order wasn't there, and the app disappeared. Assuming it didn't go through, I placed the order again, with the same result. An employee explained the screen malfunctioned, causing both orders to arrive. They advised contacting customer service or using the app chat for a refund. I've attempted to contact customer service six times since 4/21 but haven't received any response. I called the store again, and they suggested continuing to reach out to customer service. I'm seeking a refund of $47.55 or delivery of my order today.

I want to share a frustrating experience my mother had at the Wendy's in ÒQx, California. The employee at the drive-thru window, named Miguel, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made disrespectful remarks, laughed at the situation, and did not take our concerns seriously. Even when given my mother's phone number, he refused to call her and continued with his inappropriate behavior. When we returned to address the issue with our incorrect order, Miguel gave us a hard time and showed no empathy. This has happened multiple times, causing us great inconvenience and financial loss due to the long drive back to the restaurant. His behavior towards my family was unacceptable, and I hope this matter can be addressed promptly and appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I made a mobile order online yesterday and they charged my card, which was all the money I had left to eat. When I arrived at Wendy’s, they were closed for cleaning until 7 am. I tried to get a refund from an employee there, but they couldn't help with mobile orders. I contacted customer service and they said it will take 2-3 business days to hear back from the Wendy’s manager about my order. I need my refund immediately to feed my kids; waiting 4-5 days is too long considering the situation. I have no savings to rely on and can’t afford to wait this long. It’s frustrating and not good customer service. I just want the refund that is rightfully mine and never should have been taken without giving me the order.

I recently visited your newly opened store on Land O Lakes Blvd in Land O' Lakes, FL. I am a frequent customer and spend a significant amount of money there. Today, when I went through the drive-thru to order a Dave's double and a strawberry lemonade, the person taking my order interrupted me before I could finish. Despite not using a rude tone, I had to repeat my order for the lemonade. The individual taking my order seemed to have trouble hearing me. When I inquired about the issue, someone, presumably a manager, mentioned that they did nothing wrong. I decided to go to McDonald's instead. The response I received from your staff was not satisfactory, and I felt it was disrespectful. As there are many dining options in the area, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I will also inform my website followers about this incident to let them decide if they want to continue patronizing your establishment. McDonald's, in comparison, seemed more organized and efficient.

For the last nine days, I've attempted to place online orders through your app at various times and locations in Portland, Oregon, including Tualatin, Wilsonville, NE Grand Ave, and SW Barbur Blvd. Each time, I receive an error message stating, "We think the menu at this location is on break." Despite reinstalling the app from the Google Play Store on my OnePlus 7Pro device running Android 11, the issue persists. This recurring problem has also been previously reported via email in February without any response. As a result, I have opted to place my orders elsewhere.

For the last nine days, I've attempted several times to place an online order using your app at different times throughout the day and at various locations in the Portland, Oregon area: Tualatin, Wilsonville, NE Grand Ave, SW Barbur Blvd. Each time, I encountered the message "We think the menu at this location is on break." Despite deleting and reinstalling the app from the Google Play Store on my OnePlus 7Pro phone running Android 11, the issue persists. I have previously contacted Wendy's support regarding this in February but received no reply. As a result, I had to order my meals from another restaurant. Apologies for any inconvenience, Wendy's.

I am frustrated with the service at the Wendy's in Starkville, Mississippi. On May 6th, my wife and I stopped at the Hwy 12 store for a quick burger after a ballgame. Unfortunately, it took us 39 minutes just to reach the order booth. Once we finally placed our order, it only took 5 minutes to receive our food. While waiting, we noticed a person walking around asking for money from customers in line, which made us feel unsafe. I have decided not to return to this location due to the poor service and safety concerns. Wendy's should address these issues promptly before it drives away more customers.

This is the third disappointing experience I've had at Wendy's in Silver City, NM. The baconator I ordered only had one piece of bacon, and the bacon double stack wasn't even on the menu, they had to create it by adding bacon to a double stack. Every time I order fresh fries, they arrive cold. The service is consistently poor, with old buns and cold burgers. I am tired of paying full price for subpar food. I am requesting a refund for my recent order and hope Wendy's will improve their customer service and food quality. The behavior of the main male cook, being loud and rude while talking about customers, is also not acceptable. Wendy's needs to treat customers better and prioritize quality.

I experienced very poor service; the ordering and payment processes were slow. Despite requesting no tomatoes or ketchup due to an allergy, all the burgers in my order had them. The cheeseburger in the kids' meal, supposed to have only ketchup, was dripping with it. Additionally, a double stack sandwich was missing from my order entirely. I had to request my change when paying and remind the staff about the kids' meal, which they seemed about to forget. The employee was unprofessional and appeared unsure of their duties.

I came across online articles mentioning a special deal at Wendy's for a one cent Junior Bacon Cheeseburger with a purchase between 5/26-6/1 for National Hamburger Day. Despite being a loyal Wendy's customer, I was disappointed to find out at three different locations that they do not honor this promotion and consider it a mistake. I typically spend around $40 a week at Wendy's, so it was disheartening to hear I couldn't avail of the National Hamburger Day offer. Could someone please clarify this for me? I have my receipts. Can I still benefit from the one cent Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers deal?

I visited the Wendy's on 87th Street and spent $41.25. I was treated poorly, received cold food, and my order was incorrect. The next day, I returned with my son, ordered a double Baconator meal with Dr. Pepper, but received a single Dave's Double and cold fries. Despite addressing the issue with a lady over the phone by providing the receipt number, debit card information, and details of the incident, no resolution was offered. I am frustrated after spending $65.26 in two days at this location and experiencing such poor service. The store number is [redacted]th Ashland, Chicago, Illinois. This occurred on May 4th, and I am still waiting for a response and a refund.

On July 2, [redacted], my husband and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a pretzel bacon cheeseburger, both with extra bacon, but we didn't receive the bacon we paid for. The sandwiches appeared to have been prepared in advance. This is the second instance of this mistake at the Hamilton Rd location in Groveport, Ohio. The restaurant's cleanliness was also lacking. Despite our fondness for the frosty, we are hesitant to return. It would be appreciated if someone could inspect the location and arrange for a refund of our payment.
