On August 28th, [redacted], at around 12 noon, I visited the Wendy's in Hillsdale, Michigan. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 large chilis, requesting no beans. This has been a regular order of mine for 25 years at various Wendy's locations, including in my hometown. The order taker initially agreed, but then another staff member loudly stated that they don't accommodate for no beans. Despite explaining that I've had it done at many other Wendy's without issue, the staff member continued to refuse. Eventually, I decided to go to Taco Bell instead, where they happily fulfilled my request for no beans. The rude and inflexible behavior of the manager at the Hillsdale Wendy's was disappointing, and I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently placed a delivery order from Wendy's through the Wendy's app, which was supposed to be delivered by Doordash. Unfortunately, the Doordash courier delivered my order somewhere else. I've had trouble reaching out to Wendy's customer service as their phone seems to be unreachable, their online service isn't working, and the corporate phone is not in service on weekends. Doordash has refunded the order to Wendy's, but I have yet to receive a refund on my ATM/Debit card. It's frustrating that Wendy's seems to have communication issues with customers, making it difficult to resolve this issue swiftly.

My name is Pastor Joseph Carroll. I visited Wendy’s in Winterville, North Carolina tonight after leaving church. The store number is [redacted], and I was there between 9:20 PM and 9:40 PM. I had a conversation with the manager, Denny, regarding ordering fresh nuggets and fries. During this interaction, an African-American employee was extremely disrespectful, using vulgar language and threatening violence towards me. This behavior occurred in front of the manager while my wife and daughter were waiting in the car. I find this unacceptable and have decided to file a police report due to feeling physically threatened. I request immediate action be taken regarding this employee's conduct.

I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's in Miami - [redacted] Biscayne Ave. Originally from Indiana and a Wendy's fan, I visited this location today and encountered very poor service. Two homeless individuals were sleeping in separate booths, which was unsettling. Despite this, we ordered a chicken sandwich and a number 1 burger but received two hamburgers instead. The young man initially insisted that was what we ordered, but after some discussion, he acknowledged the mistake. The manager rectified the error eventually. However, the atmosphere with people sleeping in the restaurant during the day was unacceptable. The staff's attitude was also off-putting. We left after a few bites. I voiced my concerns to the employee regarding allowing people to sleep in the dining area. This experience has deterred me from returning to any Wendy's in Miami or potentially any Wendy's in the future. Just wanted to share my feedback. No refund requested, but improvements are necessary. Total cost was approximately $20.

This is my second message within two days without any response. My previous concern was about the baconator breakfast sandwich at the Maple Ridge BC Canada location. Despite advertising two layers of three bacon strips each, the sandwich now only has four strips of bacon. On top of this, my request for ketchup instead of Swiss sauce was also ignored. Despite the lack of other customers in the store, my order was still incorrect. I am contacting customer service again, hoping for a resolution. If I do not receive a response soon, I will have to consider finding a new takeout option. My experience with Wendy's, dating back to their first restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario in the 1970s, has been disappointing due to these repeated issues.

Regarding receipt dated 19/31/[redacted] at Wendy's store [redacted], at 11:03 AM, I ordered two chicken sandwiches and French fries. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the fries were burnt and tasted awful, as if they had been recooked. This ruined the entire meal for us and left us feeling disappointed. Given that Wendy's advertises having the best fries, I must respectfully disagree. In comparison, Burger King offers delicious, un-burnt fries that complement their menu items. This experience resulted in a waste of money and gas spent traveling to and from the location. I am looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you in advance.

I briefly worked at Wendy's in Marion, Virginia for two days. Unfortunately, an emergency forced me to leave town. When I returned, I called the supervisor, Rose, and she confirmed that there were two checks for me. Today around noon, I went to collect them. Rose handed me one check but was rude, instructing me to return after 2:00 for the other one before rudely closing the door. I had to walk across town for a check from two weeks ago. After waiting for over an hour, I went back to the front desk. Despite my efforts, both Rose and another manager refused to give me the second check. Their behavior was unprofessional, involving loud and rude scenes and ultimately asking us to leave. Finally, after much back and forth, the second check was reluctantly brought out and handed to us amidst threats. This behavior is unacceptable and requires appropriate action.

I visited to place an order for takeout. A young woman said she would assist me shortly. After waiting for about 12+ minutes, I asked for help politely. The woman rudely replied that I could either wait or leave. Despite 7-8 employees present, she ignored me. She then whispered to a heavy set woman with colorful hair and glasses, who rolled her eyes. The young woman returned snottily to take my order. I requested a baked potato and a large chili with extra cheese and onions. She left the potato on the counter and served the drive-through instead. After some time, she handed me the chili in separate bags, with no utensils, and pointed to a self-service area when asked. On returning home, I found the cold potato left out for long and the chili incorrectly made, lacking cheese and onions. Unacceptable behavior from both the employee and assumed manager.

On November 6th, [redacted], around 11:30 a.m., my spouse and I visited the Wendy's eatery in Alamosa, Colorado. The manager, a gentleman of Mexican descent, appears uninterested in supporting his staff. Each visit to that location reveals his consistent demeanor: he simply remains in the office. Whenever his staff seek assistance, he reacts angrily, shouting, screaming, and humiliating them in front of customers. He goes as far as threatening them with disciplinary actions (write-ups, early dismissal, job termination, etc.) if they can't fulfill their job duties without his direct supervision. We attempted to avoid his shifts; however, on Sunday, we left without placing an order due to his appalling behavior.

I ordered 2 pub hamburger combos, but received chicken instead. One sandwich had a bite in it, so I returned it. They refused to replace the second sandwich unless I returned the bitten one. This seemed unsanitary given the ongoing pandemic. The staff was incredibly rude and did not replace the fries. Waiting for the replacement was inconvenient.

I am having trouble logging in using both the mobile app and computer. When I clicked "forgot password," no code was sent. When I tried to set up a new account, it said an account already exists and wouldn't let me proceed. The website says I need to fill out my profile, but I can't find where to do this. I tried calling Wendy's customer service but was on hold for an hour and a half before giving up.

I arrived to pick up my mobile order on December 9th at 8:05 pm, but found the doors locked. They instructed me to join the long drive-thru line instead. The app indicated the dining room was open. I am requesting a refund of $19.65 for order number [redacted]43 at Wendy's store #[redacted]. The employee was impolite when I called the store to cancel and mentioned I needed to reach out to you for the refund. The payment cleared my bank on December 12, [redacted].

I had a bad experience at 99 Pavilion in Fayetteville, GA. The manager displayed a disrespectful attitude. She threw my bag on the counter and didn't prepare my drink. When I inquired about it, she responded rudely. Additionally, my sandwich was missing bacon. Upon approaching the drive-thru for missing items, the manager mentioned they were not available. As I was leaving, she called me a derogatory term. Despite my urge to confront her, I refrained due to time constraints during my lunch break. The manager, an African American woman in her 30s with long black hair and a slim build, did not provide her name. I suggest she undergoes retraining or be dismissed from her position.

I would like to report an incident involving a staff member at Wendy's in High River, AB, Canada. Last Thursday, February 2nd, around 5:30 pm, I, as a Dashser, attempted to pick up an order. I parked my car, only to find that the dine-in area was closed without any signage. I proceeded through the drive-thru and was met with a staff member who mentioned they were short-staffed, which I understood. The following day, Friday, February 3rd, around 6 pm, I assumed the dine-in was closed again due to no lights, so I went through the drive-thru for my pick up. I was rudely treated by a staff member named Outta Batt-in, who insisted that I should have gone to the dine-in area. I tried to explain, but she was dismissive and raised her voice unnecessarily. It's important for all staff members, especially those in supervisory roles, to treat customers with respect and kindness. It seems I'm not the only customer who has encountered issues with this particular staff member. I hope this feedback serves as a learning opportunity for improvement.

I have noticed a concerning trend at the Wendy's on M-59 in Waterford, MI. My nephew and I have visited multiple times, and each time we have experienced long waits at the drive-thru with no one attending to customers. This has happened at various times of the day, including early morning, mid-afternoon, and even at night when the restaurant appeared closed. Despite trying Wendy's breakfast previously and enjoying it, the poor service we consistently encounter is disappointing. I have recommended Wendy's breakfast to others based on my previous positive experience but the recent service issues are unacceptable. On February 28th, I used your mobile app and encountered issues with a store closure, order number [redacted]64. I was charged for items I never received. I have attempted to seek assistance through your customer service line at 1-[redacted] and emailed [redacted] but have not received a response. Despite it being a $3.59 charge, the lack of communication has made me feel disregarded. I have had to wait extensively for customer service and even involved my daughter, an attorney in Dayton, Ohio, to assist with drafting a memo to our Attorney General. It seems that Wendy's is profiting without providing the service paid for and hindering customers from obtaining refunds.

I ordered a Baconator combo without mayonnaise, but received a Jr. Bacon made like a Baconator instead. When I inquired, I was informed they didn't have the correct buns. The associate didn't mention this until after I checked for mayonnaise. When I requested a refund, the associate walked away, followed by an unidentified lady who explained I had to return on Monday for a refund. After expressing my disappointment in their lack of customer service, I was met with unprofessional behavior including what sounded like mocking. I attempted to contact customer service, only to find out the hours listed were inaccurate. Disappointed and now out of a meal, I await a resolution. Frustratingly, the situation escalated as I was provided the wrong item without prior notice of the bun issue. The request for a refund was met with unhelpful responses from both the associate and manager. Despite my challenging circumstances, I remained calm and emphasized the importance of good customer service.

I would like to share my experience at SM Clark Mall in the Philippines regarding discrimination and safety concerns at your Wendy's store. I urge someone to contact Mr. Fernan Allan Dye's superior in the Philippines. On multiple occasions, a non-customer harassed patrons, spat on food, and endangered us. Despite reporting to the General Manager, Ramon, and seeking help from mall security, the issue persists. The lack of response and action is alarming, especially during the ongoing pandemic. I have attempted to escalate this matter but received no satisfactory resolution. I demand to speak to a corporate representative from the United States as the situation remains unresolved. The safety and well-being of customers should be a top priority, and I plan to share my experience on social media to raise awareness.

I recently resigned from Wendy's on Friday and informed the general manager that I would return on Monday to return my keys and collect my check. Despite him holding onto my check due to not returning the keys immediately when requested on Saturday, I still possess a full check and half to receive. The manager exhibits favoritism towards certain employees, freely distributing food and leaving managerial tasks to shift managers. This behavior is unacceptable. I believe he falsely claimed to have sent my check back to the office. It is crucial to address this situation as there is no justification for withholding my rightful payment.

Last night, three friends and I visited Wendy's drive-thru in Blue Ridge, Georgia. We had two separate transactions, and unfortunately, the employee mixed up our orders with the wrong cards. After attempting to correct the error, the on-duty manager intervened but was unable to resolve the issue smoothly. In the end, we paid for a meal we did not receive, with the promise of a refund to the other card. The manager's demeanor was unsatisfactory, as they did not provide the correct food and directed us to contact corporate. Although I typically do not complain, this experience has left us out approximately $20 for food that we never received.
