I visited the Tacoma, Washington store on 72nd off of Portland Avenue and ordered three hamburgers with Pacific toppings. When I received my order, I was confused as to which burger was which. When I asked for clarification, the employee was unhelpful, telling me to figure it out myself. Frustrated, I returned the bag, but the employee threw it back into my car. I want to file a complaint about the poor customer service I received at Wendy’s store #[redacted] in Portsmouth, VA. I had a terrible experience from the moment I placed my order until I got my food. The Wendy’s employee was extremely rude. I ordered a pecan salad with extra chicken, but I only got the chicken, which was disappointing for the $12 I spent. Additionally, I requested a receipt that I never received. While $12 might not seem like much, it's the principle of the matter that bothers me. It reflects poorly on Wendy’s to permit such unprofessional behavior.

This morning, I visited Wendy’s on Broadway in Oakland, CA and ordered a breakfast baconator in the drive-thru. However, upon reaching work and starting to eat, I discovered green mold on the egg in the sandwich. I removed it and was horrified by the sight. I have pictures of it and have kept the moldy egg on my desk. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the rest of the food. This experience was extremely disappointing and alarming. I am thankful that I did not purchase any food for my child from there.

This morning, I ordered food for my spouse and myself in Naples, Florida at the Immokalee and Airport Road location. Unfortunately, the chicken we received was completely raw. The manager was helpful and remade our order, but by then, we were put off. Consuming raw chicken is not an acceptable compensation, and both of us are now feeling unwell. We believe something should be addressed regarding this incident. We work in the food industry and simply wanted a quick meal on our day off, but we were disappointed. We hope this situation can be resolved, as we have pictures of the food and our order number available.

I placed an order on the Wendy's app to save time for both me and the restaurant. However, my experience at the drive-thru was frustrating. Despite being only 3 cars away, I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes. The employee at the window seemed more focused on chatting with her boyfriend than efficiently handling orders. I observed her not giving the car ahead their food until they exchanged a kiss. By the time I realized I wanted to cancel my order, it was already being prepared, leaving me stuck and feeling upset about the situation. This experience was unacceptable and disappointing.

I am currently employed at Wendy's on Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easley, South Carolina. I have been working at this store for 3 weeks now. I was expecting to receive my paycheck on my Rapid Pay card, but unfortunately, I have not received any funds yet. I have been in touch with the company, and they keep informing me that it takes 24 hours to register. I have already spoken to my employer about this matter, but it still remains unresolved. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed or if there is a way to speak with a live representative for further assistance.

I've encountered ongoing issues with the wifi at Wendy's in Honesdale, PA. Yesterday, 09/07/[redacted], I spent $9.54 with host Kim, and today, 09/08/[redacted], I spent $12.72 with host Deandra #[redacted]. Sadly, the wifi doesn't register my purchases on my phone, leading me to seek help here. As instructed, I am reaching out for credit; however, the wifi remains problematic. Moreover, the app prompts me to re-enter my personal details which it then deems incorrect. I would greatly appreciate it if these concerns could be addressed.

I visited the Ross store at 7 pm and ordered a small chili, 4-piece spicy chicken nuggets, small fries, and a baked potato. Unfortunately, I received cold chicken nuggets, lukewarm chili, slightly warm fries, and no baked potato. Despite explaining the issue to the manager, Angela, and being assured it would be resolved, my return trip was met with rudeness from a cashier, causing me to leave without a satisfactory resolution. The cashier denied the order, claimed it wasn't rung up, and insisted I pay or leave. Disheartened by the poor service and subpar food temperatures, I contemplate reporting these incidents to the health department and local news. Having worked in the restaurant industry for two and a half decades, I find this level of service and attitude unacceptable. I will not be revisiting the Wendy's location on Ross, and I left without a receipt or any sense of customer care.

On Saturday, September 9th, [redacted], at 9:44 pm, I visited Wendy’s in Havelock, NC. I waited at the counter for approximately 4 minutes without receiving any service. Despite a young man cleaning the lemonade machine calling for assistance, no one responded. I then attempted the drive-thru but was met with no response at the speaker. When I approached the window, the employee was engrossed in a phone call and neglected to acknowledge me. Frustrated by the lack of service, I had to go to McDonald’s for my autistic son's preferred meal, as he has specific dietary needs. As a retired Marine chef, I found this level of service to be completely unacceptable. I request a thorough investigation into this matter as it does not meet the standards of food service.

For the past two years, I have frequented the Wendy's location at [redacted] North DuPont Hwy for lunch daily. I have noticed a recurring issue with the air conditioning during the summer months from May to September, where it gets too cold in the dining area, causing customers to leave and sit outside. Additionally, the vents drip, leading to management placing caution cones in the dining room, which is a safety hazard. Despite my complaints to the regional office, there have been no improvements. I recently visited Wendy’s Restaurant located at [redacted] NW Loop [redacted] on 09/15/[redacted] at 7:50 pm. I interacted with the host, Tristan. The total amount of my order was $24.32, but I used a coupon that subtracted $6.48, making the total $17.84. I paid with $20.00 and received $2.16 in change at the drive-thru. I ordered a Baconator Double Combo and wanted to upsize the meal. Unfortunately, not a single item in my order was correct. I received two Son of a Baconator meals instead of what was ordered, and there was an error with the soda as well; I requested Coke and Diet Dr. Pepper but received regular Dr. Pepper. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach anyone at the store by phone once I discovered the errors. The food was cold by the time I got home, and I am dissatisfied with the service provided, especially considering the amount I spent on this order. The rewards program has been malfunctioning for some time now. I've encountered various issues such as the inability to scan or receive points, as well as difficulties with sending receipts. Despite my repeated attempts to address these problems and having evidence in the form of pictures on my phone and a stack of receipts, the situation remains unresolved. I worry if this is a scam or if my complaints have led to discriminatory treatment. Brandon, the former General Manager, Tiffany, the former Manager, and Ashley, the former Employee, can confirm the challenges I've faced. On one occasion, two customers even left due to disrespectful behavior towards me. At 72 years old, it's challenging for me to deal with these matters. Store #[redacted]0 urgently requires improvements. Just mentioning my order should be sufficient for them to identify me, a fact easily verifiable.

On Saturday night around 8:30 p.m., my girlfriend and I visited the Wendy's in Pontotoc, MS. While waiting in line, we overheard employees making inappropriate remarks, using foul language, and engaging in unprofessional behavior. The employee who took our order was rude and disrespectful, even walking away mid-order. We witnessed staff eating food without using utensils, improper hygiene practices, and witnessed a manager being disrespectful to a female employee. We were shocked by the lack of professionalism and decency displayed by the employees, including the manager Samuel Berry and the employees mentioned. It is important that this issue is addressed promptly to prevent such behavior from reoccurring.

On 10/14/[redacted], I entered Wendy’s on route 8/90 in Erie, PA around 1 p.m. On arrival, a family of 6, your employees glanced at us but did not greet us. Despite waiting for 20 minutes with no orders taken in the drive-thru, all employees congregated at the back and resumed drive-thru orders later. I observed employees without gloves, and when one finally put them on, they touched various surfaces before handling the food. Informed that we would utilize the drive-thru, employees responded by smiling and laughing. Despite recognizing that there might be a staffing shortage, the lack of professionalism raises concerns. It is evident why there may be difficulties in retaining employees at this location. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I work at a franchise location in Colorado and need to address a concern about one of my direct managers. I believe she is fostering a hostile work environment by socializing with a recently rehired employee who previously bullied me. This individual has a history of displaying inappropriate behavior towards customers and staff. When my employment specialist, Brianna Richardson, approached the manager to request that we not be scheduled together due to past issues, the manager, Loretta, responded unprofessionally by suggesting that I find another job and insisting that I should have personally addressed any concerns. This incident occurred on 10-18-23 at 2 p.m. mountain time. I have a designated employment specialist due to my CPTSD, and I cannot thrive in an unsafe work environment. Brianna observed Loretta displaying biased behavior and becoming confrontational with her and Andrea, the trainer. I am currently experiencing heightened anxiety over potential retaliation. Unfortunately, the phone numbers I have tried to contact for assistance have not been helpful, and I am reaching out for guidance.
