The issue in GetHuman5064960's own words
my issue is with Wells Fargo. My parents got the * month extention on their mortgage. The only reason the did it, was because they were told that after the * month they would work out a payment plan, or move the payment to the end of the mortgage. Now, they are saying they have until september to pay *,**** dollars, on top of this months mortgage payment. Please, tell me how they have not worked in * months and my dad is retired how they are supposed to come up with all that money. Also, by the way they NEVER missed a PAYMENT, or were late!! When they spoke to someone, all they do is transfer her to speak to someone else. NOT FAIR!! i would like for them to full fill what they said they were going to help my parent out with. ALso, every time i try to call and speak to someone. Im on hold for like * days. But, they are quick to call my mom and ask for their money. I dont know what else i can do for them.
