A scammer claiming to be Edward Campbell tried to charge my account $6,[redacted] despite me declining their services and threatening to involve the police. After researching, I found numerous similar reports about this scam. I contacted customer service who explained they couldn't prevent the charge without freezing my account and opening a new one - which I can't do as I need to pay my bills. The agent was kind and transferred me to a supervisor, Mellisa, who resolved the issue. I appreciate their assistance and Wells Fargo's commitment to customer service. Thank you to all involved. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 50 years.

I recently opened a checking account online with WF on Tuesday, Sept. 1st. I transferred $[redacted] from my BOA account. It took two days to sort out online banking and receive my account details. Despite requesting a callback to ensure everything was set up correctly, I did not receive one. I have sorted most issues by myself, but my main concern is the missing $[redacted]. It was debited from my BOA account on Thursday, Sept. 3rd, yet my WF balance remains at zero as of Sunday, Sept. 6th. I am disappointed with the service so far and hope to get this sorted without having to close the account and retrieve my funds. Our family is facing a challenge with settling our mortgage due to a recent house fire. We received a $360k insurance check to cover the damages and want to use it to pay off the remaining balance. Despite our efforts over the past month, we have encountered difficulties trying to make this payment. After spending countless hours speaking to different representatives and being transferred multiple times, we are now facing over $[redacted] in interest fees because our payoff hasn't been accepted. In a recent conference call with three representatives, we experienced disconnections and lack of assistance. Frustratingly, we were left waiting for a supervisor who never joined the call. We are hopeful for a resolution soon and anticipate a refund for the interest accumulated during this prolonged process.

Hello, I am an international student who previously had a bank account with Wells Fargo that was closed. I am interested in opening a new account with Wells Fargo. Hello. I received an overdraft notice this morning for my checking account ending in [redacted] with a $50.00 overdraft fee. Unfortunately, I couldn't make a $[redacted].00 cash deposit on 10/19/20 at the drive-up window due to car trouble. My car is in the shop, but I hope to have it back today to make the deposit. I rely on drive-up services due to my disability, and currently, I have no means of transportation since both my landline and cell phone are out of service. I usually transfer funds from my Way2Save account to avoid overdrafts but need to keep those funds for large bills. I am planning to contact WF on 10/23 (assuming my new landline is set up by then) to address this issue. I have been a loyal customer for nearly five decades through various mergers and loans with WF. I kindly request to have the overdraft fee waived until I can make the needed deposit. I have been attempting to contact your bank for the last hour, but all I encounter are recordings that lead me in circles. When I finally reach a human, they direct me back to the same recording. This situation is incredibly frustrating. My aim was simply to speak with a banker. I tried to schedule an appointment without success. Every number I dial for customer service results in the same recording. I am exhausted from waiting to connect with someone. There is no option to arrange an appointment online. The current phone system is inadequate. I urgently require assistance from a banker. I would appreciate a prompt phone call as waiting endlessly is consuming my time and patience.

I have been experiencing issues with my account for the past few months. On November [redacted], I contacted customer service to request the closure of my account due to ongoing problems. Despite having a $5.00 credit at the time, the banker suggested adding overdraft protection, which I declined as I wanted the account closed. However, I have since noticed that my account balance is now -$47. I kindly request for the account to be closed immediately, and I am willing to forfeit the $5.00 credit. I recently had an overdraft on my account and requested to cancel the service to avoid negative balances. On 10/7, a hotel charge appeared and then disappeared, leading me to believe my account had enough funds for auto payments. Unfortunately, the charge reappeared resulting in three $35 overdraft fees, totaling $[redacted]. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

I recently ordered a duplicate Wells Fargo debit card for my wife, but now both my original card and the new one have the same card number. Even though the expiration dates and pin numbers are different, I can't use both cards. I have a banker appointment on Thursday, December 17, [redacted], to resolve this, but I'd like a quicker solution. When I called the 1-[redacted] number on the back of the card, they mentioned a "voice" password requirement, which is new to me. I'm unsure how to set up a voice password. I have been a long-time customer with a joint checking account alongside my husband, under the names Kenneth P. Greene and Elizabeth Greene with account number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. My repeated requests for a printed monthly statement have gone unanswered. Being an elderly customer, I prefer a physical record of my account's balance and transactions instead of online statements. While sporadically receiving paper statements, the transition to solely online statements does not suit my needs. Despite my willingness to pay extra, I'm met with resistance. I implore you to resume sending me monthly printed statements as it is my sole account. Your previous ability to provide this service gives me hope that it can be reinstated. I bought something from Redbubble for $54.99, but one item was missing from my order when it arrived. The website shows that two out of two items were delivered, but that's not the case. I've emailed them twice and received no response. Unfortunately, there's no phone number provided for me to call and when I tried the chat function, it only gives me options that don't address my issue.

I recently applied for a Wells Fargo checking account online but was denied. I then applied for the Clear Access checking account and got approved instantly. I have my account number but can't set up online access yet as I'm waiting for my debit card pin in the mail. When trying to verify my identity online using my SSN and account number, I'm facing issues. I received two denial letters by mail, but they don't specify which accounts were denied. I also haven't received my debit card, only the pin.

On January 7, [redacted], my spouse and I requested a mortgage payoff, which was promptly received. However, a week later, my credit report erroneously showed a 30-day past due for November [redacted]. Despite filing online disputes, the issue persisted for December [redacted] and then January [redacted]. I have attached screenshots of bank statements showing payments made, including an additional January [redacted] payment due to the property's sale in February. The second issue involves multiple disputes with no response for accurate reporting since November [redacted]. Although we missed one payment then, a repayment plan was set up and agreed upon with customer service to divide the missed payment over four months. However, the credit report inaccurately shows four 30-day late payments instead of one. We only take responsibility for one missed payment, not five. I respectfully demand that accurate reports be sent to all three credit bureaus promptly in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act for mortgage account number [redacted] at [redacted] S Roosevelt Rd 4 Ln, Portales NM [redacted] under Michael R. Baxter and Kayla E. Baxter, now that the property has been sold.

I am inquiring about the total interest paid in [redacted] for tax purposes and need a [redacted] form. My computer was offline, and it's mid-February with no mail notification from your bank yet, unlike others. Customer service took me on a frustrating 55-minute call with 5 department transfers, including one overseas requesting my full Social Security number, which I declined. I was only paid 53 cents in interest. Disappointed with the service and considering closing my account after being a customer for over 30 years since your establishment. It's unfortunate to experience such inefficiency and lack of transparency. I regret having to make this decision based on the poor customer service encountered.

I am experiencing issues with your company regarding a claim that I owe $2,[redacted].61. My salary is deposited into your bank monthly, and my mortgage payment is due on the first of each month. I have been trying to find Wells Fargo's email address for a while now. Unfortunately, I can't call the US or visit any Wells Fargo locations since I've moved to another country. Last December, during a visit to the US, I tried to pay off my account balance, but was informed by a teller that there was no outstanding balance at that time. Now, back in my country, it seems that I have a balance again, and I've been charged multiple times for not paying it off. I am unable to afford the charges on my negative balance currently, although I was willing to pay when I was in the US. My father could potentially pay on my behalf in the US if I transfer him the money. I would like to discuss the charges on my account and explore the best way to handle this situation.

I recently opened a new account with Wells Fargo and received a debit card. Everything was going smoothly until I tried to use the card to send funds and commissary supplies to my incarcerated husband through Access Corrections. However, whenever I attempt to use the card on the Access Corrections website, it gets declined, even after double-checking all the input information and retrying. Access Corrections suggested checking with Wells Fargo to see if they are blocking these transactions for security reasons.

I need assistance with my Wells Fargo account's routing number [redacted]13. The last four digits of my account number are [redacted], and my name is Shaina Carney. I have noticed some changes in my account, but the unauthorized charges made by someone who cloned my card are still present, including those from an ATM. These transactions are not mine. I visited the bank and confirmed that I made a $[redacted] withdrawal from an ATM on either the 10th or 11th of February, after which all subsequent transactions were unauthorized.
