My online banking account is suspended because of too many sign on attempts: "We've temporarily suspended your online access because the maximum number of unsuccessful sign on attempts has been reached. To restore your access, please create a new password."*When I attempt to change my password using my social security number and my Wells Fargo deposit account number, Wells Fargo returns this: "We cannot verify your entry. Please try again." This is frustrating because my information is correct.*I'm located in South Korea, so if I place a phone call to the USA, I don't want to wait forty minutes for a support person to help me. *Also, there are no public pay phones near me, so I can't use them to place a toll-free call to the USA.
