I am looking to update the account number for my dental benefits provided by WF. The hewitt.com website I previously used for this purpose is no longer operational. While my partner was the one employed by WF, I continued the dental coverage after his passing and had to change the billing account due to identity theft concerns. Despite contacting the support line and being informed I needed an employee ID or my partner's social security number, both are unavailable to me now. I offered my social security number instead, but it was deemed insufficient. With my previous billing account closed as of 1/8/[redacted], I am concerned about this month's payment going through smoothly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank You - J. E.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you that Wells Fargo closed my account on August 29, [redacted]. They mentioned that I would receive a check for the total balance of approximately $[redacted]. I have checked with a friend who received a notification that the check would be sent within 10 days of the account closure, but we have yet to receive anything. Could you please check on the status of the check delivery? If possible, kindly email me promptly so I can provide further details regarding this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Regards, Shazza

I am having constant issues accessing my online banking. Every time I try to view my balance or transactions, the system rejects my password. I suspect my computer may have been hacked. I've reached out to Wells multiple times, but it seems like the number I called was not the fraud department. They asked about cleared transactions, which seems strange to me. I did experience a card rejection, but I question why additional verification was not requested for already cleared transactions.

I recently tried to reschedule a pending payment for my car loan but accidentally set up an additional payment. I can't afford to make both payments so close together and need one of them canceled right away. The payment due on the 13th and the one on the 24th need to be addressed promptly to avoid any issues. If possible, please cancel the payment for the 13th to prevent overdraft. If that's not feasible, then cancel the payment for the 24th as I won't be available to address this matter. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter as I fear one or both payments may bounce. Kindly advise on the available options, as I am unable to cancel them online. If cancelling online is an option, kindly guide me on how to proceed with canceling the mistaken scheduled payment. Thank you.

I received an email from Wells Fargo regarding the REMITTANCE PROCESS with instructions to provide the "Generating Of UTR" promptly to release a pending sum into my account. The email mentions a requirement to pay an activation pin code of ₹25,[redacted].00 INR for the bank to accept the funds, resulting in receiving a total sum of ₹80,[redacted].00 INR once the ACTIVATION FEE is confirmed. Additionally, an extra fee of ₹30,[redacted].00 INR has been deducted from the sender's account to expedite the transaction. The email provides account details for the GST & VAT tax payment as follows: ACCOUNT NAME: SAPENDRA REANG Account NUMBER: [redacted]42 BANK NAME: INDUSIND BANK IFSC CODE: INDB[redacted]

Hello. I have a credit card with Wells Fargo, the Cash Wise Visa ending in [redacted], expiring 10/21. I want to set up a monthly transfer to pay it off, but I can't remember my login details. I'm currently in Spain and unable to reach international numbers. I tried using my credit card and social security numbers to reset my login, but the account wasn't found. The card hasn't been used for about two years, so the account might be inactive. Phone and email options haven't worked due to forgotten login details. I'm looking for guidance on re-activating the card, updating my login information, and the best way to contact Wells Fargo.

I'm having difficulties depositing a check through the Wells Fargo app since the amount exceeds the $2,[redacted] limit. After speaking with three different customer service representatives last week, the final one provided me with a case number, explaining that another department needs to review and approve it. However, I haven't received any updates yet. I tried calling 1[redacted], the number provided, but was put on hold for over 20 minutes. This seems to be a general line rather than a direct department. I appreciate your help and the service you provide! Thank you.

I recently opened an account at Wells Fargo in Red Wing, MN, on 4/1/[redacted]. Initially, I scheduled an in-person meeting for 11 am, but was informed I could complete the process online. However, I encountered an issue applying online due to my expired ID, which I cannot renew during the lockdown. After researching, I discovered Governor Waltz's extension for expired IDs during the lockdown. Despite mistakenly entering a future expiration date online, I successfully submitted my application. Subsequently, when I tried depositing cash and a check at the drive-up, I realized I didn't receive a temporary ATM card or account access information. Upon returning to the bank, I was informed that I couldn't receive these due to my expired ID, despite being able to deposit funds the day before with the same ID. Although I complied with the bank's suggestions for accessing my funds, I faced obstacles and confusion. Regrettably, subsequent attempts to resolve these issues and notarize my son's adoption paperwork were also hindered by the ID problem. I am frustrated by the inconsistency in service and non-adherence to the Governor's leniency guidelines during this crisis at the Red Wing Wells Fargo branch. Thank you, Jon G.

During this challenging pandemic, I, a stay-at-home mom with a two-year-old son, experienced financial difficulties. Recently, I made a purchase at Target using my card, resulting in multiple overdraft fees. Despite my numerous calls requesting assistance and explaining my situation, Target declined to refund any of the ten overdraft fees charged to my account. I am kindly seeking a reconsideration of this decision and asking for a waiver of some of these fees. I hope to speak with a representative who can understand my circumstances and offer a compassionate solution.

I am concerned about 5 transactions processed by a student loan forgiveness program, 'My Financial Solutions', where payments were not applied to my student loan debt. The company became unresponsive when I tried to address this due to COVID-19 challenges, and I have discovered they are unaccredited by the BBB. I seek your help to halt future payments and contest the $[redacted].00 in unauthorized transactions. Your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Klarissa

I had a credit card with your company where I sent $[redacted] and received a credit card with a $[redacted] limit. Recently, I discovered my card was shut down when I tried to make a payment. I understand there may be nothing that can be done now, which is disappointing. On another note, I am experiencing memory issues, specifically struggling to recall the third number of my social security. I can provide any other necessary information for verification purposes. My details are as follows: Social: 53?-11-[redacted] Birthdate: 03/08/[redacted] Address: [redacted] Plumas Apt. The current situation with the coronavirus has affected how my job pays us. They started sending our paychecks to a money network card instead of depositing the funds into my Wells Fargo account. As a result, automatic payments were withdrawn erroneously, and while trying to rectify this issue, I have been incurring overdraft fees from Wells Fargo. It's frustrating to be charged fees that I can't avoid due to circumstances beyond my control. To make matters worse, every time I call the bank for assistance, I find myself waiting on hold for over 30 minutes.

Hello, my name is Linda Levinson. I recently received a $10,[redacted].00 check from Mercury Insurance for home flood damages. I contacted Wells Online and spoke with Steven regarding depositing the check via mobile deposit, even though the standard limit is lower than $10K. As a PMA Prime Banker with Wells Fargo, Steven assured me that depositing the $10,[redacted].00 check into my Prime Checking account ending in [redacted] would not pose any issues. However, I have been unable to reach Wells Fargo via phone due to long wait times caused by adjustments during the coronavirus pandemic. I urgently need confirmation on this matter as the check is dated April 28, [redacted]. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Linda Levinson

I would like to request email contact to be enabled. Currently, many individuals are unable to return to the country due to the ongoing pandemic situation. The current government policies are causing uncertainty, making it challenging for people to have access to an American phone line. Unfortunately, the registration form only accepts American phone numbers, which is not suitable for individuals in such circumstances. This limitation on phone-only access prevents me from accessing my account, creating a frustrating situation. Additionally, some of us are not interested in using platforms like Facebook or Twitter for verification purposes. I am puzzled by the lack of email code access as a secure alternative. It raises concerns about the safety of using popular email providers for banking activities, highlighting potential security risks in our personal information in the country.

I have successfully logged into my online banking using this device and do not appreciate Wells Fargo's decision to require me to purchase another device, which I will not be doing. I have had no issues with my account being compromised. If you continue to restrict my online access, I may consider switching to a bank that supports my current device. Customers should be able to choose their purchases without interference. My current device has functioned perfectly for over a year without any problems, so there is no reason to disrupt my online services. Dealing with enough stress already, having a bank add to it is unnecessary. I never expected Wells Fargo, a bank I trusted, to become a source of stress in my life.

To whom it may concern, My online account has been suspended, and I am unable to resolve it since the code is being sent to my old cell phone number. I kindly request Wells Fargo to send the code to my email address [redacted] or through messenger so I can address this issue promptly. I am currently in Manila, Philippines and unable to travel back due to the COVID situation. When I call the [redacted] number, I receive a message that it does not exist. I also attempted to email a banker in San Francisco but haven't received a response. Is the email address still valid for Brittanie Alcala at Wells Fargo? Does she still work there? I am unable to call Wells Fargo at this moment. This message is my last attempt to resolve this matter. Thank you very much.

I am facing issues with my Wells Fargo account login, which has been suspended due to outdated information. Despite changing my password, I was unable to receive the verification code as it was sent to my old cellphone number, which is no longer active. As I am currently in Manila, Philippines due to the pandemic, I tried calling their [redacted] number for assistance but received an error message. I even emailed a banker in San Francisco, but it seems I used the wrong email address. I kindly request Wells Fargo to send the verification code to my email or Messenger instead. For communication purposes, my current cellphone number in Manila is +63-0[redacted]. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention.

My online banking account has been suspended due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts, prompting me to create a new password for access restoration. However, my efforts to change the password using my social security number and Wells Fargo deposit account number have been unsuccessful as the information cannot be verified, despite its accuracy. The inconvenience is disheartening. Residing in South Korea adds to the challenge, making long-distance calls to the USA undesirable due to anticipated lengthy wait times for support assistance. Further complicating matters, the absence of public payphones in the vicinity prevents me from making toll-free calls to the USA, exacerbating the communication barrier.

I am facing an issue with Wells Fargo regarding my parent's mortgage extension. They agreed to a 3-month extension under the condition that a payment plan would be arranged after this period. To our surprise, Wells Fargo is now demanding over $3,[redacted] by September in addition to the current month's mortgage. This is causing significant stress as my parents have not missed a payment and my retired father cannot afford this sudden demand. Despite contacting Wells Fargo, they keep transferring us to different representatives without offering a satisfactory solution. It feels unjust given their previous assurances. I have been trying to reach out for assistance, but the long hold times are frustrating, while they are persistent in asking for immediate payment. I feel helpless in this situation and hope Wells Fargo fulfills their commitment to help my parents as promised.

I recently changed my primary email address to [redacted] I faced no problems updating this email with my credit cards and various online platforms. However, Wells Fargo's website only recognizes my alternative emails despite my efforts. The live customer service has also been unhelpful, with the automated systems not allowing me to input my account numbers. I am frustrated with the lack of support from Wells Fargo's customer service representatives who seem to stick to a script. I urge someone to assist me in updating my email address as per my request. Please, no phone calls as I prefer to avoid any further frustration. Thank you. - R.J.S, [redacted] NW 1st Street, Ontario, Oregon [redacted].
