I recently booked a package with Webjet for a trip to cairns. The booking was for * people to travel with Jetstar and accomodations at Old colonial club for * nights. We paid for for a * family rooms, the most expensive on offer but when we got there we were offered * dirty rooms with soiled sheets and disgusting bathrooms. After refusing to stay in such rooms we were moved to some slight better rooms but not what we paid for.
