Hello,**I've bought a new phone and the app won't log me in. I know my WeChat ID: MircoBars and password.**I've tried all the possible ways you provide to log in with no result. **When trying and get a code through SMS, it says my phone number is not registered. That's true, because when I started an account on WeChat I had a different number. **I've tried by email address, but no email has ever sent back to me with instructions steps to follow.**I've tried with friends sending me a code, but it says I haven't been friends with them for long enough. (Most of my WeChat contacts are Chinese, but I'm in Italy now and I have no other media to contact them through).**I've filled in and sent an issue form two or three times, but got no reply.**Please can anyone help me with this?**Thanks,**Mirco Bars
