Good Morning,*I ordered a clearance recliner. I received an email the day before delivery to say it was being delivered. The link to change delivery date was not working. I called in the am to get the date changed. The person was extremely nice and accommodating. She said it was no problem and I was all set! (the chair could have been delivered, but I was going out of town and did not want it to sit there for days) not once was I told it was too late, it was on the truck etc. All was good!*The day before the new delivery date, I received an email that they couldn't deliver it on that date.*I later received a voicemail asking if they delivered the chair or did not deliver?? they were unsure?!*When I called back, again the person was very kind, but told me "sorry, they lost your chair and we can give you a refund because the chair was clearance"*I did not find this acceptable, I wanted a chair. The delivery people lost or Stole it and that was not my fault or problem. I told her DO NOT refund my money I will call back.*Next day or * called back to speak with Manager. Was on hold for ONE HOUR with no response. Hung Up. Called back and was told Managers were in a meeting.** hours later, received a call from manager who started out with an attitude like I was wasting her time. Basically told too bad so sad, can't help you. I said I would even wait until they tracked down the chair. "We won't find it"*I think this is Poor customer service when the company was at fault!! I should receive a full price chair then since they LOST mine.!!!*She then said "there is nothing we can do since we refunded you" in which I specifically stated NOT to refund me until things got straightened out.*Very disappointed on how this was handled!*Thank you for your time,*Sincerely,*Kathy Weigand*order * CS*********
