This is my last effort to get this resolved, before I write off Wayfair forever. Almost two years ago, I purchased a beautiful pre-lit slim Christmas tree, which was enjoyed for two weeks during that holiday season. Last year, a large area of it’s middle section went out during the two weeks it was up at Christmas, and I could not get it to light up. I waited to contact Wayfair after I dismantled it at the end of the season, then contacted WaFair in March ****. At that time, the call volume was enormous, with hours of wait time. After three consecutive days of multiple attempts to contact Customer Service, I got a represetative, who claimed that since it was over a year old, she directed me to call the company of it’s origin, National Tree Company. They were not reachable for days. What kind of service is that?? When I finally reached them, they referred me back to Wayfair, stated that they would need the original purchase information which I no longer had. (Never expected this to be defective). Reaching this company again during a Pandemic was impossible at best. Why I asked myself, did Wayfair think it acceptable for me to chase my tail around, unsuccessfully, I might add, act as my own middle man, when I understand from others that Wayfair boasts of their reputation to make sure clients are satisfied at all costs?? Not on my end. I am writing today, in the hopes that this can be resolved, before I give up on Wayfair forever. Please, I implore you to help me, resolve this by having them ship me ax exact replacement tree, and restore this company’s good name. *Judith Dirindin***** Ammer Ridge*Unit *****Glenview, Il. *******-***-***-****
