Hello, I placed an order over a week ago and was given a delivery date of December 17th. Despite confirming the date, the item did not arrive as scheduled. Customer service explained there was a delay as it required a two-person delivery, but could not provide a new date. They mentioned the item was at the XPD depot on the 9th but couldn't clarify the issue. I was promised a callback for an explanation that never came, leaving me disappointed. My parents' credit card was recently used for a transaction at Wayfair. We have already alerted the credit card company and filed a fraud claim. We are hoping to acquire the shipping address for the purchased items to ascertain if the card was misused by a family member or if this was an unrelated incident. The reference number for this is [redacted]AK2EBNFSK5. The total charge was $[redacted].29 on December 5th under the name WAYFAIR Joss&Main at wafair.com in MA.

Hello! I am missing the order number for the chairs we purchased under Darrel Dunagin, order number [redacted]. All the chairs seem to have issues with the legs that require attention, particularly concerning the manufacturing process. The bolts attaching the legs to the frame are either cross-threaded or do not align properly. Even after receiving a replacement chair, we are unable to attach the leg securely, leaving the other three chairs unstable. The bolts do not fit correctly and the threading is weak. Improved corner supports and better quality bolts are necessary. I am currently dealing with the last chair where the bolt has come out of the leg and is stuck in the frame, which is frustrating.

Today, I completed my experience with the order number [redacted], which was meant to be my grandson's first Christmas gift. The series of events included ordering a chair without cushions, receiving another chair without cushions, then being sent replacement cushions, which turned out to be the wrong size. Despite the refunds provided, the solutions presented with a smile turned out to be ineffective. As a consumer, I am left wondering how a business can operate in this manner without giving due consideration to the customer experience. It is disheartening to receive mismatched items for such a special occasion. Unfortunately, I now have to modify the cushions to make do. The overall experience has left me feeling let down as a grandmother trying to give the best to my grandchild.

I have been a dedicated patron of Wayfair, having spent a significant amount on items I love from the store. Recently, an opportunity arose for me to join Wayfair, and I eagerly applied. Upon taking the Psychological assessment, I was dismayed to be deemed unsuitable for the role. I'm Mahnaz Iravan. I recently tried to purchase a set of nesting tables for $[redacted] and provided my MasterCard information but forgot to include the three-digit security code. When I tried to correct this, the items kept adding up every time I revisited the page. I only intended to order one set, so I now wish to cancel everything and proceed with buying just one set of nesting tables. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello, I have reached out to your customer service multiple times about the dining chairs scheduled for delivery on December 12th. However, I have not received any updates from GLS, as it seems there was an issue with the address. Despite the excellent customer service, I am frustrated as I am still unsure when the chairs will arrive. Given the stressful timing close to Christmas and the inconvenience of not having seating for my visiting family, I believe some form of discount should be offered. This has been the most disappointing delivery experience from your company, although I have been a loyal customer, as indicated by my account history. I am eagerly awaiting a prompt response. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that I am not satisfied with the product. The sofa appears to be of poor quality, the fabric feels thin, and the foam inside is hard, making it uncomfortable. I had bought it for my parents to use when they visit, but the overall quality disappointed us, especially considering I chose to buy from Wayfair due to your reputed standards. On attempting to initiate a return through your website, I noticed a £50 shipping fee for returns. Given our recent stressful circumstances, including the birth of a premature baby, it is disheartening to also face this added cost. I recently purchased a black Gaul computer desk from Wayfair, Order#[redacted]. I am pleased with the desk but noticed the missing covers for the screws, which detracts from its appearance. I wondered if this was an oversight or if I need to find matching covers myself. Despite this issue, the desk arrived in good condition and was easy to assemble within the promised delivery date. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from your store and I am in the process of installing it. I am missing a necessary fitting that is not available here in Puerto Rico. Although I ordered a Bosch dishwasher, the one I received is branded as Cosmo. I specifically wanted a Bosch dishwasher. The delivery was made to Florida first, and then I had to arrange for it to be shipped to Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach you by phone from here. Hello, I placed an order before December 12 and specifically informed the agent that I would be out of town until after December 20, requesting a vacation hold on my order. Unfortunately, this hold was never applied. Fedex contacted me and stated they tried to deliver my order three times and that it is now on hold in Delta, which I am unable to reach. I was advised that if you call them to deliver, I will not incur any charges. Additionally, I would like to know the quantity of items I should expect to receive to monitor them accurately. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with Order #[redacted]. I bought 6 Emily solid sheer curtains but faced an issue because the rods I have are only 1 inch in diameter, not the 1.5 inches mentioned on the website. This discrepancy was disappointing as the curtains don't fit. I do like the curtains but unfortunately have to return them due to this sizing error. I feel it's unfair to incur shipping costs for the return, given the misinformation on the website. Could you please provide a shipping label to cover the return expenses? I made a purchase with you on December 13, [redacted], and it was billed to my credit card. When I inquired about the progress on December 20, [redacted], I was informed by your representative (Renee) that I still owed for the merchandise. I was shocked to learn that Wayfair holds items for 7 days before charging. I am very frustrated! I had already made a payment, and now I am being told I didn’t pay in time because of this 7-day hold. This policy was not clearly stated in your purchasing terms. This is my first and last purchase from your company. How is someone supposed to know about this 7-day hold if it's not explicitly mentioned? This experience has been very disappointing. On December 17th, I placed an order for 2 Salt Lamps by Bungalow Rose (#[redacted]59). Upon receiving the confirmation, I noticed an additional $25.99 expedited shipping fee, which wasn't initially visible during the order. I adjusted the shipping preference to receive the package after December 25th, and even received verification for the revised delivery date. However, unexpectedly, the package was scheduled for delivery on December 20th. I only received one Salt lamp instead of two. I've waited several days hoping the second lamp would arrive or for some communication regarding the issue. PayPal processed the full payment of $93.25 on December 17th. I am requesting a refund for the $25.99 shipping charge, as well as $30.99 for the missing lamp, either directly from the company or through PayPal if necessary. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

I purchased three rugs, one being an 8 x 10 that I needed by December 24 for family visiting. I paid for expedited delivery. Today, on the 24th, I received a notification that FedEx couldn't read the label, and now delivery is delayed until the 26th. The rug is essential for me today. I'm disappointed with the failed expedited delivery after paying extra. What can I do now? What options do I have for this situation?

I was expecting my order to arrive by Fed EC on December 19th, but it's now Christmas Eve and the item has yet to be delivered. If this is the level of service to expect, this will be my final purchase from your company. My order is for a garden statue of a Shih-Tzu. Upon checking the tracking, there is no estimated arrival date. Quite disappointing. Additionally, I purchased a dog bed, and when the package arrived, it seemed like a dog had wrapped it. Good morning. I recently bought a cream faux leather tub chair and used it for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately, panels 4, 5, 6, and 7 are creased, with 4 and 7 being the most problematic. I am not satisfied with this and would like to request a return of the chair for a full refund. Your prompt response would be appreciated. On a brighter note, I have had a suite from Wayfair for over 4 years, which is still in perfect condition. This experience makes me question the quality of the tub chair I purchased.

Subject: Issue with Hedon Corner Unit TV Stand for 50” TV I am reaching out regarding my recent purchase of a Hedon Corner Unit TV Stand from Wayfair that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Despite being informed that the item would arrive by December 16th, all I received on that date was a small box containing the legs. After a series of conflicting assurances from Wayfair representatives, we finally received the remaining parts on December 18th. Unfortunately, when assembling the stand on December 19th, we discovered that the legs provided were incorrect. As senior citizens, this ordeal has been very stressful for us, and I believe Wayfair should rectify the situation by sending us a complete corner TV stand as ordered and retrieving the incorrect one. Our communication with Wayfair has been inconsistent, with promises of leg replacements ranging from January 3rd to January 22nd. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the company's professionalism.
