Help with my Wayfair issue
The issue in GetHuman-lkabbott's own words
Submitted order to Wayfair for * items this evening about *pm. Paid with PayPal. No receipt from Wayfair, my account page said I have no orders and no account activity. No record, no acknowledgement, Wayfair just took money. Payment went through PayPal in amount of $***.** transaction id *K***************. PayPal references Wayfair invoice id **********. Please respond ASAP before I file dispute complaint with PayPal.

GetHuman-lkabbott did not yet indicate what Wayfair should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-lkabbott fixed the problem
The receipt did come through my email after about an hour and a half. The wait time for receipt and confirmation number is the longest of any online sale I’ve experienced or heard of. If this is Wayfair practice, customers should be warned. I was ready to cancel sale and initiate complaint with PayPal. Would appreciate a response from Wayfair.
