My sectional couch has been backordered over and over again. The supervisor Erik Bridges who was supposed to be working with me throughout this issue being resolved, promised he would be in contact.... haven't been able to get a hold of him for ** days. I have had to update my payment, and the online system is not allowing me to update my payment, and so I am assuming my order will be backordered yet again. It would be nice if someone would answer the phone to assist me with this system issue. I first ordered this couch on November **th and have yet to receive it, or have really any reassurance as to when it will even be shipped. I have also had NUMEROUS calls to customer service throughout the last week and have waisted hours of my time. Currently, I have been waiting on hold for over an hour, and have yet to hear from anyone. . although your customer service webpage claims the wait time is ** min. I am so upset, disappointed, and exhausted by this whole entire process.
GetHuman-sarahhew did not yet indicate what Wayfair should do to make this right.
