Absolutely appalled I bought a bed around September time this year and it caused a lot of stress as it didn't come with all the parts so we had to sleep on a mattress on the floor as we don't have enough space to have our old bed and new bed parts out at the same time. Then when the parts finally came the bed was a nightmare to assemble as something was clearly wrong with it as bits weren't fitting together properly and it became a * person job. It was an ottoman bed and could not be used as such as the leg supporting it was clearly too long for the bed and bent, causing the bar at the top of the bed frame to literally break when the ottoman was lifted so the bed literally broke within days of having it built. Now another part of the metal support frame has broken. I am shocked at the awful quality of the product and am absolutely livid at the moment. I'm not really looking for anything from you, but I really wanted to express how upset I am with your product and I will absolutely never purchase from you again. Whoever reads this I understand it has absolutely nothing to do with you and it is out of your control but I think I your products need better checks or something because it's just silly really how bad my experience has been.
