Therefore I tried to cancel the orders immediately via my mobile phone and also online via my account but the system would not accept this and would connect to the orders I had placed so that I could cancel. Please rectify and cancel order asap as I do not want to receive these. Any monies taken, please refund asap.*Thank you

I rang Wayfair the next morning and got through to a helpful customer service representative who cancelled my order and arranged for a refund. He apologised for the problems I had encountered trying to cancel the order myself. Kudos points to Wayfair for sorting quickly and easily!! :)
