I called customer service twice for help. ... Hi,On Sept ** I went to Walmart store in Surrey BC for help,because my original card was blocked.The shop assistant did sth.on the computer and gave a receipt with reference No. ******* and told me I would get a new card in * to ** days .Now I have used my new card several times,but i can't find any transactions on my account on line(Account ending********)I called customer service twice,and got * answers: Answer *:Enroll with the new card.I did but the system said "Unable to enroll." Answer *: "Waiting for the next statement ." Obviously the * ways can't work.The situation is that there is no information changed to my existing account but card number.My problems are: ** I can't manage my account* *)How can I get back my over payment and rewards because my original card has been destroyed? *)I can't see my current statement on time because the e statement based on the original card. *I look forward to you helping me activate my account with my new card. Thanks in advance.
The problem are not solved yet.
They could make it as soon as possible.
I have been a walmart customer for more than half a year.The customer service assistant should be more effective and patient
