Help with my Walmart (Canada) issue

I purchased a chest freezer online for my ** yr old mother,the delivery was very fast and that was great. The delivery guy pushed it in the door and left,didn’t even take it out of the box. So she had to Waite for us to go down and do it. The damage to this freezer was disgusting, now we have to Waite for it to be picked up again. Things do get damaged along the way but buy the looks of this damage it was done before it was packaged. I do a lot of online shopping at Walmart but I will never do it with large items again. I do have pictures if you would like me to send them. This is unacceptable for the average person expecially the time I’ve wasted.
