I downloaded the Walmart app mainly to keep up with my receipts. I wanted to return an item and part of the process was to enter my password for *****@***.com login. I never set up a PW with Walmart for that email address. I tried resetting my PW but it wouldn't work. In the process of trying to "fix" my problem I lost all of my scanned receipts for in-store purchases. The only receipts that are now showing in "purchase history" are * items that I ordered back in **** and **** which were under my account with the email address *****@***.com. How can I retrieve all of of the scanned receipts that I have purchased in-store which are all in **** and just have one account using the email address *****@***.com?
