After relocating from Oregon to Lubbock, Texas, we switched our cable service from Charter Communications to Suddenlink Communications. Despite being assured by Charter that our old email ([redacted]) was deleted, we are still experiencing issues with online purchases on websites like Amazon, Walmart, and Craigslist. These sites keep reverting to our old email address instead of accepting our new one ([redacted]). Even after several attempts with Microsoft technical support to update our email information, the problem persists. Any assistance with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ida & Max Clark.

Hi there, I am Sofia Danishwar and I am experiencing a challenging situation with a product purchased from Walmart.com. In June [redacted], I bought a twin platform bed which broke within two weeks. Despite being promised a refund and the pickup of the bed within two weeks, it has not been collected. Despite contacting Walmart customer service approximately 8 times, they have failed to retrieve the bed as promised. I continue to receive emails from Walmart regarding the unreturned bed, causing me frustration. I have recently received another communication from Walmart and after contacting customer service twice today, I was disconnected both times without any follow-up. This experience has left me greatly disappointed, and I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I did not intend to keep the bed and am puzzled by Walmart's actions in sending emails without coordinating with their customer service team. Your help in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Sofia Danishwar

I am extremely disappointed with the grocery section at the Fallon, NV store due to consistent empty shelves in frozen food and dairy. There are only minimal items in the can and dry goods section since the beginning of [redacted]. I am concerned that this ongoing issue suggests a possible store closure. As an early shopper to avoid the heat, I have encountered limited items, long checkout lines, and lack of staff on weekends and holidays. It is disheartening to experience such poor management in a supposedly "training store." I can only visit the store twice a week since there is hardly anything available to purchase. I urge for immediate action to address these inventory and staffing issues. Mary W.

I bought the Jurassic World Real Feel Mosasaurus from one of your third-party sellers, ToyWhiz, that seems to be engaging in unfair pricing. The product was not what I expected, being a tiny plastic replica, and the return process includes me covering the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. I paid almost $40 for this subpar item, and I am disappointed. I urge you to reconsider your partnership with this vendor due to their questionable practices, as evident in their reviews. I trust Walmart to address this matter satisfactorily. I hope that Walmart can handle the refund for this purchase and that I won't have to deal with ToyWhiz for returns in the future.

I worked at Walmart in Ormond Beach, Florida, from August [redacted] to June [redacted]. After moving to Branson West, Missouri, I interviewed for a position there. Although they didn't have an opening at the time, they suggested waiting for a possible opportunity. When nothing materialized, I found another job. Recently, upon reapplying at Walmart, I was told I couldn't be rehired due to missing shifts in Branson West, which is inaccurate as I never worked there. I am eager to rectify this misunderstanding as I have a chance to return to Walmart and would appreciate a prompt resolution as the position may soon be filled.

I'm Linda Parker. I recently ordered a new Walmart debit card to replace my old one that had a non-working PIN. Despite uploading my driver's license multiple times, there are still major issues with the new card. I rely on this card for my Social Security benefits every month, and I urgently need it resolved before Friday. Your assistance in ensuring I receive my benefits is greatly appreciated.

I purchased thermal underwear from your website and later discovered it was fulfilled by Intimatrend LLC. Unfortunately, the items were significantly smaller than expected. Despite ordering a 2XL, the received items were more like a medium or, generously, a small large. Attempting to return the items led to a blank page, and contacting the company via the provided phone number was unsuccessful. Moreover, Intimatrend LLC requires a 20% restocking fee and for customers to cover the return shipping costs. I had hoped to return the items to your store but it seems not to be an option. I am disappointed with this experience and will not be making future purchases through Walmart. Dealing with such inconvenience is not worth my time.

At the end of [redacted], I received a Visa gift card as a present. Unfortunately, upon opening it today, I discovered that $49 of the $50 value was already used. When I reached out to the gift card provider, all they could provide was a confirmation number and the name of a seemingly non-existent company. They advised me to contact this company for a refund. This situation appears to be a security breach, as it seems that the money was taken from the card without my authorization. I am seeking to recover the remaining balance that should rightfully be on the card.

Since May [redacted], I've had two Walmart Visa gift cards. Initially, I used one for $95.75 without issue, but now I can't spend the remaining $4.25. The second card, valued at $[redacted].00, was declined three times at a Walmart store. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by calling the number on the card and contacting the Pasadena office, I had no success. Even after trying various phone numbers and an internet chat board, I still couldn't find a solution after over an hour of dialogue. I was eventually transferred to another number, which wasn't provided to me, ending up back at the same initial number I had called. I'm now considering reaching out to four additional numbers for assistance, but I wanted to seek advice here first.

My 77-year-old mother received a prescription following an Emergency Room visit, which was sent to the Walmart Pharmacy on September 9, [redacted]. We were informed it needed to be ordered and would be available the next day. However, on September 10, [redacted], when my sister-in-law went to collect it at 11:30 a.m., she was informed it would be ready by 3 p.m. Despite returning at 3:30 p.m., we were once again told it was not prepared. This miscommunication caused inconvenience as my mother relies on others for transportation. The assurance of availability at 4 p.m. was also unmet. When I phoned to check on the status, Brittany's response was unhelpful and dismissive. It is concerning as timely receipt of the prescription, crucial for a UTI, was jeopardized. Lack of clarity or communication in such matters can lead to severe consequences, and I see the need for a more reliable system in place.

I purchased two iTunes cards from your store, one for $50 and the other for $[redacted]. Both turned out to be fraudulent, as the codes were already stolen without scratching off the back. Apple confirmed this when I reached out to them. I requested a refund of $[redacted] since this is a significant amount of money for me, but your store declined. After speaking to Apple, they mentioned it could potentially be an issue with a Walmart employee since Walmart sells these cards. Apple managed to trace the stolen codes and blocked the account where the stolen money was sent. I am requesting a refund as Apple suggested that Walmart should take responsibility for selling these compromised cards. I have also reported this to the FTC. I am hopeful to get my money back.

I visited Walmart a few months ago to have my tires rotated. I have rims with locks on them, and I provided the lock key to unlock them. After the service, I realized that I didn't get back the lock key for my rims. I contacted Walmart in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and visited them to explain the situation. They informed me that I would need to have the locks cut off my vehicle, costing me $[redacted] or more to proceed with changing my brakes. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, they did not take responsibility. I had the locks removed at my expense. I believe Walmart should cover the cost of removing the locks since they lost the key. It would be fair for them to compensate me $[redacted].52 for the trouble.

I purchased a Walmart MoneyCard as a college student, loaded it with $[redacted], but found it too complicated to use. I later decided to get a Visa gift card instead. When I asked a Walmart employee if there was any balance left on the MoneyCard, they said no, so I threw it away. Strangely, my AA Credit Union account shows that I indeed loaded $[redacted] onto the MoneyCard, but I never registered it due to Walmart's excessive personal information requests. So now, it seems $[redacted] is stuck in limbo within Walmart's system, and I'm unable to access it.

On September 27, [redacted], an employee of Westmed, Inc. based in Centennial, CO, received an email she believed was from the company president, requesting her to buy $[redacted] in Google Play gift cards. After purchasing them from GiftCards.com, she was then asked to buy more from Walmart. She complied and shared the codes. Upon contacting the president directly, she discovered the request was fake. The email address was also found to be fraudulent. Despite understanding Westmed likely won't refund the $1,[redacted], I am reaching out to customer service. Can you share the company's policy regarding this matter?

I recently received a replacement order for two damaged tables that were part of the original order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The replacement order I received was [redacted]-[redacted]. There was some confusion with the replacement as I received more items than expected and had to return one, but unfortunately, Walmart lost track of it. I later received an email stating I would not be charged again for the order, suggesting it was closed. However, I still have the two damaged tables in one box. Should I send them back, or is the matter considered resolved? If needed, I can donate them to a local charity. Please advise on how to proceed with the return, as both tables are currently packed together in one box. Thank you.

I have made my final visit to my nearest Walmart store. I have voiced my concerns to the manager regarding the dogs, cats, turtles, and baby goats for the last time. Last week, a dog in a shopping basket barked incessantly while I was shopping. I prefer not to shop with animals near the produce section, let alone in other departments. Though I understand the importance of service animals, this store appears to allow any customer with a "pet" inside. It is frustrating. They should restrict animals to licensed and tagged service animals only. My local grocery store, Super C Mart, has a clear sign stating NO animals allowed inside, which I appreciate. They might lose a customer occasionally, but they gain many more. Thank you for understanding my frustration.

I recently bought a Walmart Visa gift card and registered it online. However, I seem to have forgotten the name I used during the registration process. Consequently, I am unable to add funds to my prepaid account, where I usually deposit money. I believe I should be able to retrieve the name I registered the card under if I contact customer service. I have all the necessary information besides the name. Your prompt assistance in helping me retrieve this information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Order #[redacted][redacted] I placed an order for 25 basketballs and 5 packs of silver sharpies for a non-profit event. Unfortunately, I was informed by Kathy Durant, the Manager at Dave Ward Walmart in Conway, AR, that the shipment received was damaged and missing items. We have already made the payment using both a credit card and a gift card. We urgently need the correct shipment to be sent out promptly to Conway Walmart (Dave Ward) for us to pick up. Could you please expedite the process and deliver the original order by Thursday or Friday? Feel free to contact Marissa with any queries. Kathy will be available at Walmart till 10 PM today if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased the Marcy Smith Machine SM-[redacted] over a year ago while staying with my daughter in Cumming, GA. Three boxes were shipped to her, but I had to place them in storage during my deployment. Recently, after moving to my new house, the contents were sent over. Unfortunately, Box #1 is missing, making it impossible to assemble the machine. I wonder if there's a way to buy Box 1 separately and have it shipped to Walmart in Redbank, SC. You can reach me at [redacted]
