I experienced difficulty trying to purchase a mattress pad from Walmart's website due to a coding error on their end. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the order was finally placed but was inexplicably cancelled the following day. Upon reordering, the item was shipped to the wrong location. The customer service representatives I spoke with were impolite, challenging to communicate with due to language barriers, and unhelpful. All I want is to receive my item at the Walker, LA store as initially requested. My order number is #[redacted]-[redacted].

I have been dedicated to a multimillion-dollar collaborative Christmas initiative for foster children in Houston, working closely with Walmart for four years. However, the recent changes to your registry system have caused significant issues for our project. I urgently require assistance from a senior representative to prevent the discontinuation of our pilot program, which is set to expand statewide next year. Despite my efforts, I have only been able to engage with lower-level staff through phone communication. Please arrange for a high-level contact to help me maintain our partnership with Walmart and ensure the success of this project, benefiting foster children in Texas. Thank you. — TJ

I recently bought a car battery from your store, and I was informed by the auto technician that the most powerful battery you offer is a 79 with [redacted] cranking amps, suitable for my fully loaded [redacted] Cadillac Seville. After just three weeks, the battery was dead. I initially suspected an issue with my car's electrical system and spent $[redacted] on a diagnostic, only to learn that the cranking amps should be at least [redacted] for my vehicle. When I tried to return the battery to Walmart, they were unwilling to refund me. Despite explaining the issue, they offered to replace it with the same battery, which would not solve my problem. I am requesting a refund for the battery cost, the core charge, and compensation for the inconvenience I've faced over the past two months. Additionally, I would like a reimbursement for the $[redacted] I spent on the unnecessary diagnostic. Due to this ordeal, I have had to rely on GEICO for jumps and incur additional expenses for assistance. I have decided to purchase the appropriate battery for my car from Napa. I possess the sales receipt. Please reach out to me promptly. Thank you for addressing this; I have been thoroughly dissatisfied with the treatment I have received at Walmart, a store where I frequently shop and trust.

Today, I went to Walmart to pick up money transferred from my husband in St. George via Walmart to Walmart. Usually, this process is smooth, but this time I faced an issue. The customer service representative, Amelia, tried inputting the number provided by my ex-husband multiple times with no success. She then asked for help from Ruth, another representative, but to no avail. They suggested I contact the sender, which was not a feasible solution as I had all the necessary proof with me in a picture from my husband. Frustrated and urgently needing the money for my daughter's post-surgery prescriptions, I left feeling helpless. I decided to go to another Walmart nearby, where they quickly entered the number and disbursed the money promptly.

I am having issues with an order I placed on 10/23/[redacted] for 2 pairs of Rustler Jeans. The order number is #[redacted], and the tracking number is #[redacted][redacted]. I was given a delivery date of 10/27/[redacted], but the order has not arrived. I did not receive any advance notice of a delay, only a confirmation email for delivery on the 27th. To my surprise, when I tracked the package, I was informed that it would now arrive on the 30th. The package seems to have been all over the USA, from Tulsa, OK to Arizona and S. California. I am frustrated and disappointed as a customer. I had to contact FedEx to find out the new arrival date, and I am considering discontinuing my business with Wal Mart. I believe I am entitled to a refund of my shipping charges as the item was eligible for 2-day delivery. I have found it difficult and exasperating to try to reach out to you, especially with the "Virtual" help chat line being unhelpful. Who developed that system?

At a Walmart in Hillsboro, Ohio, I had a distressing experience where they called the cops on me for no reason. I felt humiliated and unfairly targeted after spending two hours grocery shopping. The situation escalated when not just two, but four officers showed up, making me extremely uncomfortable. Since then, I have been avoiding that Walmart location due to the negative impact it had on me. It reminded me of hurtful experiences from my past and left me feeling stereotyped and misunderstood. This incident brought back memories of being singled out and ridiculed, similar to how I felt in middle school when I was teased for having a big head.

The Walmart Supercenter in Shawnee, Oklahoma, located near I-40, a heavily traveled interstate, often experiences product shortages. Despite neighboring stores having the same items in stock, this particular Walmart blames inventory issues on the home office, faulty scanning systems, and interim management. Other Walmart locations easily resolve similar problems by ordering products promptly. Customers frequently encounter varied excuses and inconsistency in availability, affecting regular shopping habits. The adjacent towns of Choctaw and Shawnee face comparable challenges with their Walmart stores. Choctaw, an expanding locality, and Shawnee, a bustling area, rely heavily on this Supercenter for supplies due to limited alternatives in the vicinity. The desire for reliable, monthly access to essential items persists amidst the persisting sporadic stock problems at this Walmart branch.

I frequently shop for groceries online. With the changes to Savings Catcher, it seems I can no longer submit my online grocery receipts. This is concerning not only for me but for many others who utilize the online shopping and pickup service. I am looking for guidance on how to proceed. If I can't submit my online receipts, I may have to switch to another store with a similar reward program. I hope there is a solution so I can continue using the online grocery service and still benefit from Savings Catcher. It was a valuable service, and losing it may drive many customers elsewhere. Your prompt response and assistance are appreciated.

I am seeking assistance regarding Walmart Pay for Savings Catcher. I have encountered issues utilizing Walmart Pay without wanting my card information stored. Despite preferring to pay with gift cards exclusively, my credit card details are continually linked to Walmart Pay when making purchases. This practice feels intrusive, and I have had to repeatedly delete my information from the app. Additionally, the staff seems untrained in guiding customers with Walmart Pay. During my attempts to use the service, I faced confusion from a cashier who incorrectly tried to assist me, resulting in a failed transaction. On another occasion, I encountered difficulty accessing Walmart Pay despite a stable internet connection, ultimately preventing me from utilizing Savings Catcher. These challenges have left me disheartened as Savings Catcher was a significant factor in my decision to shop at Walmart. The recent changes have pushed me to explore other retailers. I urge you to reconsider the convenience of Walmart Pay for price matching and would appreciate assistance in processing my recent receipts for Savings Catcher. Thank you for addressing these concerns promptly. Regards, Cheri T.

I encountered an issue with one of the four tires I purchased and had installed. I contacted customer service in Bentonville but found them unhelpful, with a rude representative. However, I want to commend Kelvin, the ASM at store #[redacted] in Indian Trail, NC, for his exceptional assistance. He efficiently resolved my problem to my complete satisfaction. Kelvin's professionalism and customer care surpassed my expectations. I believe Kelvin should be promoted due to his extensive knowledge and experience. I sincerely appreciate his dedication to customer service. My concern has been addressed, and I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you, George Malley.

I purchased a Net 10 Family and Friends 2-line Airtime card this morning from WalMart.com. Unfortunately, one of the Pin #s provided does not work. After speaking with someone at the store and contacting Headquarters, I was directed to Net 10 for help. The issue seems to be with Wal Mart, as the card was not scanned properly, and now I am unable to add service to both phones. The cost of the card was $75.00 plus tax, totaling just under $80.00. I am now at a loss of almost $40.00 due to this error. As a customer, I expect this to be resolved promptly as I rely on my phone for emergencies. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you. Sincerely, Edna M.

I've tried to return the same faulty Panasonic home phone three times within the last six hours. The Link2Cell cordless phone with digital answering machine overheats quickly, has a short battery life of 25-30 minutes, and doesn't hold a charge. Each time I visited the store, I received three different responses from different associates. Associate 1 said I needed the order number, which I later obtained from customer support. Associate 2 claimed returns weren't possible for PayPal purchases. Associate 3 mentioned the original box was required for returns. The experience varied from friendly and concerned with Associate 1, to rude and unhelpful with Associate 2, and friendly yet inexperienced with returns with Associate 3. I just want a straightforward refund without complications, especially as I am disabled and struggle to make trips to the store.

We bought an Epson [redacted] DuraBrite black ink on 10/9/18. The price at the store was different than online, in our favor. The customer service representative, Tanya, initially argued about a catchphrase difference between the in-store and online products, seeming to question our competence and displaying an unpleasant attitude. After scanning, she offered the same in-store price, not in our favor, and questioned if we were on Walmart.com. Tanya refused to honor the online price, which is $7.29 compared to the $12.97 we paid. We have captured the online price and have a copy of our receipt. Please provide an email so we can send this information. Thank you.

Hello, I am very worried. I visited Walmart tonight and bought a "Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte." After consuming it, I discovered some strange chunks in the drink. I poured the rest of the drink through a strainer and found more of this brown, chunky substance. I feel sick and couldn't sleep due to a headache and stomachache. I am concerned because I didn't eat anything beforehand and couldn't have accidentally dropped food into the drink. Starbucks customer service is closed, and I don't want to wait until Monday. I am not seeking a refund, as I drank most of it. Is it normal for Starbucks drinks to have chunks in them? Please advise.

I am unsure how to input the order number during checkout. I provided my Visa information, but I do not want to be charged for an undeliverable order. Please cancel the order if it cannot be delivered. The order was for a space heater, vanilla, cocoa, apple cider vinegar, and half a gallon of apple cider, totaling $42 and some cents. I am willing to pay for the order and tip the driver if delivery is possible. My name is Linda Jensen, and the address is [redacted] - 14th St. N.W., New Brighton, MN [redacted], apartment number 9. Thank you!

I recently received a gift card for my birthday last week, and the next day, I used it at the Walmart in St. Marys, PA to make a purchase totaling about $37. When I checked the balance at the self-checkout, it only showed 4 cents, despite just receiving it. The staff found a receipt showing the card was used online at 1:00 a.m., which is impossible since I had it with me at home. The Walmart [redacted] number was contacted, and I was promised a callback within 48 hours, but no one reached out. The local Walmart mentioned another customer with a similar issue. The card was only for $25, but it's concerning that this happened. I'm frustrated and want to resolve this matter as it's unfair.

I am interested in customizing a CD. I found the following instructions online: Go to www.walmart.com/music and select the music tab. Click on "Create a Custom CD." Then, search or browse for a song and click "Add to CD." Keep adding songs until your playlist is complete or the CD is full. Click on "Organize and Buy" to continue. Enter the shipping address and complete your purchase. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. operates various locations in the U.S. and internationally. The Walmart store in Slidell, Louisiana operates 24 hours, but finding helpful employees can be challenging. Many staff members are rude and unhelpful, making customers feel like a burden when asking for assistance. Most employees lack knowledge about the products they sell. However, there is one exceptional staff member in electronics who goes above and beyond to assist customers in any department. Unfortunately, returning items at night is inconvenient as employees are unwilling to help. The behavior of some customers racing disabled carts in the parking lot is concerning, especially for individuals like me who are disabled and rely on these carts. Additionally, the lack of charged batteries in the carts poses a problem for disabled customers. At the self-checkout, one unhelpful woman makes utilizing the checkout procedures difficult and is unwelcoming to questions. On the contrary, the Walmart store on Pontchartrain Drive in Slidell is praised for its helpful and pleasant staff. They even assist with loading purchases into cars without expecting tips. Shopping there is a pleasure. Thank you for listening.

I recently contacted Wal-Mart customer service regarding the availability of the holiday time 9-foot decorative flocked garland snow kissed priced at $12.97 at the Woodbury, NJ store. Despite making multiple phone calls, I experienced delays in getting assistance as no one answered promptly or responded after being asked to help. Upon visiting the store thrice in the past four days, the item could not be located even after extensive searches. Tori was the only employee familiar with the product in the lawn and garden section, and she had three on the shelf during my first visit. I urge the store to verify the availability of this product as this inconsistency has left me frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer. - Diana Yoskowitz.

Hello, my name is Susan, and I am reaching out to ask for your assistance. My neighbor is currently facing a battle with cancer and is scheduled for surgery this month. I am seeking support to help this mother provide a Christmas for her 20-year-old son, who is also her primary caregiver. Despite their efforts, with him working and her receiving disability benefits, they still do not have the means to celebrate Christmas. I am hopeful that you could consider offering some assistance to ensure this family can have a special holiday season. This devoted mother has dedicated her life to caring for others, and now, I believe it is time for us to come together and support her in return. She has always generously contributed to charitable causes without expecting anything in return. I have heard about the generous acts of kindness from the Walmart community towards families in need, and I sincerely believe that she is deserving of such assistance. It has been five years since they last celebrated Christmas, and I simply want to ensure they have the chance to make this year memorable. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Susan.
