I ordered a replacement card on June *. Waited the full ten business days didn't get it. Called and for three days y'all told me it was at post office waiting to be delivered. I called the post office and the don't hold mail for delivery. I called back and told y'all this and then y'all tried to tell me my address was wrong. When I ordered the new card the woman asked my address i told her and she said she it would be mailed to *** Ash St. Wilson Okla *****. I have over ****.** dollars on that card and another deposit coming up soon of ****.** I have rent, electric , gas and water due very soon. I am totally disabled and live alone. I have extreme bad heart issues and very bad back issues. I have had to cancel two doctors appt. Cause i can't pay my co pay. If my rent is not paid on time I will be evicted after * days of being late. I am begging for help. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
