On 4/18/[redacted], my card was fraudulently used for $[redacted].00 and $[redacted].00 in Miami. I received a call from someone at Walmart claims department about the incident, which seemed legitimate since it matched Walmart's customer service number. I didn't provide any information and tried to contact Walmart's customer service to no avail. Upon realizing the unauthorized transactions, I locked my card but have pending payments to address. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach customer service to dispute the charges. I suspect internal involvement due to the lack of notifications from Walmart. I am frustrated with this situation and urge for a resolution swiftly.

My card was fraudulently used on 4/18/[redacted] in Miami Beach, FL for $[redacted].00 and $[redacted].00 plus Walmart fees. I received a call from someone claiming to be from Walmart's fraud department, using the official customer service number. Despite not providing any information, I later found my money gone from my account. I tried to contact Walmart's customer service but had no success. I am frustrated and concerned about these unauthorized transactions. It seems like there might be an issue with someone internally at Walmart. I am unable to dispute the pending amounts due to difficulty reaching customer service. I also noticed a notification on my account, but did not receive any alerts on my phone regarding these transactions. I will need this matter resolved promptly before considering contacting news channels to report this potential scam involving a Walmart employee. There seems to be an error in the system recognizing the last 4 digits of my card when I attempt to reach customer service.

I am concerned about unauthorized charges on my credit card. I have been disputing a charge for a month, and today, two additional charges appeared, totaling around $[redacted]. The recent charges on April 20th are two transactions for Groupon, one for $18.18 and the other for $27.81. There is also a charge from March 15th for $45.99 at Global Tel. Com. While I did make a $45.99 purchase on Groupon yesterday and a $25.00 payment to Global Tel. Com, these recent charges are not reflected in my Groupon account, indicating an error. I want these charges removed, and the funds returned to my account. I am unsure how to address the March charge, as I did not make that purchase. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I received my stimulus check yesterday. I tried to mobile deposit it to my Walmart MoneyCard, following the required steps to sign and write "for mobile deposit only" on the back. After submitting, I was informed it might take 2-5 days for processing, with no guarantee of success. Now, the check is marked "for mobile deposit only," leaving me unable to cash it in person. If the deposit doesn't go through, I'll be left with a check I can't use. I need urgent assistance.

In [redacted], I had a Walmart money card. I got a new bank account and closed the money card account. Unfortunately, I didn't realize my job was still paying into it. Now, while filing my taxes, I can't proceed without the 16-digit card number. Amid the COVID-19 situation, I understand phone lines are busy. I urgently need help to retrieve my old 16-digit debit card number. I can provide additional information like my social security number, bank account number, routing number, and address if needed.

I raised a dispute for a charge on my Walmart Moneycard for under $20. The customer service team investigated, found no error, and notified me by mail. However, my card/account remains blocked. I am unable to access my account via the app or see pending transactions online. I need the block lifted urgently to ensure my Stimulus Check due on April 29, [redacted], and my regular paycheck on April 30, [redacted], can be deposited successfully. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. - R. Cloud

I find the Get Human website to be inefficient and unhelpful! I am facing trouble accessing my Walmart Money Card account due to not having access to my old phone number or email. While I know my User ID and Password, I am unable to receive the verification code necessary for login. Despite contacting Walmart Money Card previously, they were unable to assist me. As I am unable to view my account online, I am seeking assistance. I attempted to contact them, but it seems they are closed, although information suggests they should be available 24 hours. Any guidance is appreciated.

I filed disputed transactions in March, resulting in my card being closed. Despite still having the card in my possession, I can't access the remaining funds. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but have only received excuses. I just need to withdraw the money or have it transferred to another account. They refuse to send a new card to my P.O. Box, not realizing that it's the norm where I live. The address on file is outdated. During the pandemic, it's crucial I have access to my funds to support my children. I sincerely hope for a swift resolution as waiting weeks with no response is distressing. Thank you, Jessica G.

I purchased a Walmart MoneyCard a couple of weeks ago. I paid the $1 fee, and also loaded an additional $[redacted] onto it. When I tried to register the card online at home, I was informed that the card number I entered was invalid. I then attempted to call the number on the card, but the automated system also said the card number was not valid. I am looking to either speak with a live representative or obtain a different contact number. I would like my card to be activated with the $[redacted] I added, or receive a full refund of $[redacted].

I recently bought a Walmart Money Card with $[redacted] on 04/20/[redacted] at 15:51:27. Upon trying to use it to pay my insurance, I encountered issues. I have been attempting to reach out using the number on the card unsuccessfully for 6 days, contacting them 3-4 times daily. When trying to get my money back at Walmart, I was prompted for a pin that I never received or was given an option to set. With fees deducted, I now have $[redacted] on the card. The inability to access my funds due to the pin issue, coupled with difficulties logging in through the app, has left me frustrated. The situation feels like a scam, and I am distressed as I cannot withdraw my money or make any transactions with the card. I am eager to resolve this and retrieve my funds promptly.

I had an account with your company and used direct deposit with my employer. Since my card expired and I changed jobs, I had to reapply for a new card as prompted by your notifications. I am unable to access my card numbers when calling customer service, which is causing issues with resetting my direct deposit with my new job. I only want one card and need assistance to fix this. I look forward to receiving the new card in the mail or renewing the old one. I am unsure how to proceed and require help from customer service to resolve this matter. Please contact me to assist, as I prefer not to provide sensitive information on unsecure platforms.

I have been attempting to activate/register a replacement card for the past week, but keep encountering an error message stating "not able to validate your card." Despite calling for assistance over the last 7 days, I have been unable to reach a live person. The automated system mentions a security block on the card that needs to be removed, preventing access to funds on my old card. This has caused issues with my Social Security deposit and stimulus check, as the IRS requires more information from my bank for direct deposit. This situation is particularly frustrating during the Covid-19 pandemic. After being a customer for a decade without any prior issues, I now feel uncertain about the reliability of the service.

I ordered a new card because my old one broke. When I received the new card and tried to activate it, I realized that my birthdate was incorrect in the system. I have been trying to fix this for a week now, but I can't reach a customer service representative without the correct birthdate. Even the Walmart money service in person couldn't help me. How can I update my birthdate without speaking to a customer service representative on the phone?

I have a Walmart MoneyCard, and unfortunately, my card cracked in half. I ordered a new one, but when it arrived, I discovered that my birthdate was input incorrectly. This mistake is now preventing me from registering the new card. I have tried contacting customer service, but to reach a live agent, they ask for my birthdate, which is entered incorrectly on the system. I am unable to update this information in person at a store, on the app, or on the website. All my funds are on this card, and my family, including a baby, are at risk of being homeless tomorrow without access to my savings. I urgently need assistance with this issue.

My stimulus check was deposited on April 30th. Unfortunately, my card was stolen, and $[redacted] was taken from my account, which led me to report it stolen. After the incident, $[redacted] remained in my account. However, 10 days later, I discovered another $[redacted] was missing. When I tried to activate my new card, the money was already gone. I contacted customer service, and I was advised to cancel the new card and wait for further assistance. I'm frustrated by the ongoing theft and concerned about the security of my funds.

I recently acquired a Walmart MoneyCard, a Visa, which I intend to use for a one-time purchase online at Walmart.com for a laptop. After this purchase, I plan to use the remaining balance at a physical Walmart store. I would like to deactivate the Visa account I established as I no longer require it. My aim is to activate the money card solely to make the laptop purchase once it's back in stock. I am looking to avoid the $5 monthly charge for the card. If you could kindly contact me at [redacted], I would appreciate discussing this matter promptly.

I bought a Visa debit Walmart prepaid card last Friday. I cashed my stimulus check, hoping to load the check onto the money card. The cashier at the money center could only put $[redacted] on the card, giving the rest in cash. I was told it might take up to 24 hours for the money to be loaded, but it has been days now. Yesterday, I played phone tag with a Walmart employee who left me a number to call about the card and a tracking number. I spoke to an operator who confirmed that $[redacted] is on the card, but I can't activate or register it. I called multiple 1-[redacted] numbers, including the one on the back of the Walmart card, but it says my card can't be activated because it's not registered. The instructions said to register on the Walmart MoneyCard site, but every attempt failed, saying my card isn't valid. Promised callbacks haven't come, leaving me another day without access to my money.

I bought a Visa prepaid card at Walmart's cash center last Friday to put my stimulus check on my Walmart MoneyCard. The cashier said only $[redacted] could go on the card and the rest would be given as cash. After not seeing the $[redacted] on my card balance for hours, I learned it might take up to 24 hours. I discovered the $[redacted] is on the card, but I can't access it because I can't register or activate the MoneyCard. When I called the Walmart card number, I was directed to register the card on their site. Entering the card details there resulted in an "invalid" response. I also tried on Green Dot's website with the same outcome. The Walmart employees blamed me for the issue. I need clear instructions on card activation or a refund, regardless of the source.

I have been attempting to contact customer service for almost three weeks now without success. The automated recording repeatedly states that customer service is unavailable. My situation involves a Wal-Mart money card purchased on April 9, [redacted]. Despite this, my new card has not arrived in the mail. Currently, I am reliant on the temporary card provided, which is limiting my ability to access funds due to its temporary nature. I am feeling frustrated and eager to receive my permanent card at the earliest convenience. Mailing Address: Matthew Wright [redacted] Roy St N Apt #[redacted] Saint Paul, MN [redacted]

Earlier today, I contacted one of your representatives regarding suspicious charges on my card. They assured me an investigation would be conducted. Remembering additional details, I called back only to find out the provided email to send more information was reportedly invalid. Another representative I spoke with later stated that I did not need to send any more details. Can you confirm this, please?
