Additionally, a recent attempt to load funds at Walmart was unsuccessful as the transaction was declined. Hello, I have been trying to reach someone to discuss two unauthorized transactions on my account. I filed a dispute for a withdrawal dated 5/14, which was credited back to me, then withdrawn again on 5/26. I received a letter stating that due to my transaction history, the dispute could not be resolved. However, I do not have a history of transactions at that location. I contacted customer service, and for three days I was informed that the card was at the post office for delivery.
