I noticed two debits on my card today, July 1, [redacted], totaling $97.50 and $[redacted].06, from a company called Superior Focus Me. I have never ordered anything from them. When I called the customer service of Wal-Mart Money Card, the representative's English was difficult to understand. Despite explaining that I did not make these purchases, I was told they are pending. The same amounts were taken last month. The representative mentioned the charges may be pending, but I only see them as debits. I am missing over $[redacted]. I also inquired about accessing my account with a new email and phone number, but was told to buy a new money card. They did not ask for any verification beyond my name. I want these unauthorized charges stopped and my $[redacted] refunded. The lack of English proficiency from the customer service representative made it difficult to resolve the issue promptly, leading to frustration and financial loss.

My card is currently blocked, and I am unsure about why it happened or how to resolve it. I called [redacted], but the automated system provided no other options. After entering my account and social security information, it simply confirmed that my card was blocked and directed me to visit walmartmoneycard.com to unblock it. However, upon visiting the website, I could not find any information on unblocking the card. Seeking help at the Walmart store on route 59 in Naperville proved unfruitful as their customer service was unable to assist me. I even requested for my funds to be removed from the card, but encountered issues due to its blocked status. As a result, my 4th of July plans were ruined, and I had to rely on family for food. Despite my Walmart app indicating the card is unblocked, it clearly is not. I am seeking assistance in speaking with a live representative to address this issue promptly.

I recently received a Walmart MoneyCard that was not requested. It was in the name of Nicholas Valery but registered to a fraudulent address at [redacted] W. 48th St, C303, San Bernardino, CA 92[redacted]. The card, bearing number 5[redacted] 6[redacted] and expiring in 07/24, was intercepted due to a scammer group trying to redirect my mail.
Thankfully, the federal postal inspectors have been redirecting all suspicious mail back to me, preventing potential identity theft. I am seeking help to cancel the fraudulent card and close the associated account. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with Walmart, I have not made progress and only received the same Customer Service number.

Last Tuesday, on the 14th, I mistakenly mobile deposited my check instead of using direct deposit as I usually do every Tuesday since September of last year for the same company. The transaction cleared my company’s bank on Thursday, but I have yet to receive the funds. I am frustrated as I have contacted customer service twice and was told by different representatives that there was no manager or supervisor available to assist me, promising a callback that never came. I made another call today hoping for resolution as my check cleared on the 16th, and it's now the 20th with still no money. The customer service representative, Sam, had difficulty with English and mentioned a callback within four hours, but like before, no one has reached out. I am extremely upset that despite my persistence, I have not received any help from Walmart, Green Dot, or any responsible party.

A little over a month ago, my spouse and I reported some unauthorized charges on our Walmart MoneyCard and were advised by customer service to get a new card number. I have called and emailed the corporate office numerous times since July 1, [redacted], submitting documents such as my driver's license, bill, insurance card, and a USPS-verified change of address form. Despite following their instructions and resending all the required documents, I have yet to receive a new card. My previous one expired in June, and I urgently need access to the funds on it for my children's needs and bills. I have been dealing with an issue with my Walmart MoneyCard for over a week now. Despite multiple calls to customer service and submitting all the requested documents, my card remains blocked. Yesterday, when I requested to speak to a supervisor, the representative I spoke to was extremely rude. My license expired on 07/26, just a few days ago, and as the DMV is closed due to COVID-19 guidelines, I renewed it online. I made a purchase at a dollar store on August 18th for $12.15, and the funds were deducted from my account. I received instant notifications through my app. Afterwards, I went to Walgreens and made a $9.99 purchase on my card, again receiving an instant notification. The next day, I noticed pending charges for the same amounts from both stores which led to my account being overdrawn when I tried to make a purchase at Albertsons for $4.99. After being told by your customer service that the merchants were holding the funds, I waited for the pending charges to post on my account. Now, the pending charges have disappeared, but I still haven't received the $9.99 and $12.15 back into my account. Despite being informed by a supervisor that the funds were returned, there is no proof of this on my account. I am concerned about this recurring issue and would like a resolution to get my money back.

Yesterday, I loaded $[redacted] onto my WalmartMoney card using a moneypak. Despite the deposit being accepted, the card was blocked this morning due to "unusual" activity, which was solely the moneypak deposit on 10/5/20. I have tried submitting my photo ID multiple times as instructed, but each time my submissions are rejected for being "illegible," even though I am certain they are not.
Being an insulin-independent diabetic, I urgently need to purchase insulin, but with my card blocked and Green Dot stating it might take 2 days even after accepting a photo to unblock it, the situation is dangerous. I am unable to reach a real person for help.
I demand immediate unblocking of my card as my health is at risk. It is essential for me to have full access to my funds.
