My account was compromised on September 14, [redacted]. I have already submitted the refund request documents three times. Whenever I call, they advise me to wait an additional two weeks. I received confirmation that the dispute was in progress and the money was refunded to my account, but I have not received any further updates from Walmart Money Card. I submitted the necessary documents on September 15, September 28, and October 8, [redacted]. I urgently need to pay my bills.

My ex-girlfriend stole my identity and took advantage of multiple situations to access my funds fraudulently. Despite my repeated attempts to address the issue with the bank, they failed to properly secure my account and stop the unauthorized transactions. I have faced significant losses and am still waiting for the remaining balance to be reimbursed. The bank's inconsistent responses, lack of action, and changing deadlines have added to the stress of dealing with this situation. I provided all the necessary information about the fraudster, but the bank has not effectively resolved the matter or prevented further unauthorized access to my account. The continuous theft has taken a toll on my finances, and I am frustrated by the ongoing lack of support from the bank in safeguarding my funds.

I've been on hold with customer service for 3 hours already, and I'm still waiting for my replacement Walmart MoneyCard. It expired in September, and despite requesting a new card four times, the latest one was supposed to arrive by October 4th. I found out online that there's an option to expedite delivery for $15, which I would have been willing to pay. Now, I'm missing important bill payments, including rent, and it's even affecting receiving my child support for my son's birthday. I've been chatting online with their customer support multiple times, and today I was told to wait an additional 2 days. The situation is incredibly frustrating.

To whom it may concern, I have recently been accused by this company of having suspicious activity on a card that I have used and renewed for 10 years. Consequently, my checking account has been locked, and all of my Pandemic relief funds, which were just deposited onto my Walmart Card totaling $10,[redacted].00, have been withheld. An additional $[redacted].00 was allegedly returned to the State, though the Labor Department has no record of this refund yet. Despite submitting multiple forms of ID that are valid Hawaii State identifications, we have been denied access to our funds. We are prepared to seek legal counsel and involve the Attorney General's office and local news outlets if a clear resolution is not provided promptly. It is crucial that this matter is investigated, and our funds are returned without delay. Lives are at stake here. Thank you, JP / JR Jr.

I recently received my new replacement card with a chip, but unfortunately, the card is blocked. I contacted the customer service number, and after being transferred around, the fourth person abruptly ended the call. When I tried calling the help number, I was informed that they do not have the capability to activate cards and was left without a solution. The online activation process is also not working, leaving me stuck in a loop. I am feeling frustrated as I am unable to progress in getting my new replacement card activated.

I recently opened a Walmart Money Card account to receive my stimulus money through direct deposit. However, I suspect my card was either lost in the mail or returned to the post office. To ensure I could access my funds, I opened a new account and updated the details on my application through the free fillable forms website. Unfortunately, after activating the new card, I discovered my stimulus money was not deposited there. I am receiving emails notifying me of $[redacted] in my original account, hinting that's where my money is. I am now seeking assistance in retrieving my original Walmart Money Card with the stimulus funds or transferring the money to another account. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I loaded money onto a Walmart MoneyCard I received in the mail, which had my name on it. I added $[redacted] to pay a bill due Saturday, and when I tried to pay my light bill, the card was blocked. An automated system advised me to go online, but when I tried, it said my info didn't match. I've been trying to fix this for 2 days but haven't had any success. I visited Walmart, where I was told I couldn't do anything and was treated rudely. I have a disabled husband at home, and our power got cut this morning. I'm really struggling to resolve this and need access to my money to pay the bill. I now have to come up with an extra $50 to reconnect the power. This situation is tough, and I would appreciate a prompt call back at [redacted] to find a solution. My name is Tasha M., please reach out as soon as possible.

Hello, this is Jancy E. Roland. On October 23rd, I visited the Walmart store on Eisenhower in Macon, GA, to cash my payroll check from Lowe's. The store number is [redacted]. While at the Money Center, an employee suggested the Walmart MoneyCard Visa Reloadable Debit, which I opened in-store but couldn't register as it wasn't in my name. I paid a $4 fee to cash my $[redacted].20 check, receiving $[redacted].20 in return, but no additional funds. After speaking to the store manager, he acknowledged an issue, promising a resolution that day. Despite no follow-up, I contacted Green Dot customer service, who confirmed the card wasn't registered to me and advised a 5-day investigation. I'm awaiting a response but will escalate this to the corporate office soon. Please reach out to me promptly via phone or email. Thank you.

I visited the Wal-Mart in Lawrenceville, Ga three weeks ago where I bought a $[redacted] money card. The front team leader, Jordan B, assisted me. Upon inspection, I found the card's last 8 digits, expiration date, magnetic strip, and bcc code all scratched off. Despite Walmart's efforts, Green Dot has not resolved the issue. Jordan removed all money cards from the shelf after handling mine and threw away the packaging. I still have the purchase receipt with the scan number and amount. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted]. Thank you.

I connected my Walmart credit card to my checking account to transfer funds for my son. Suddenly, the card was blocked without warning, preventing us from accessing the funds. They claimed I received unemployment benefits and demanded identification. Despite sending them multiple emails with copies of our driver's licenses, bank statements showing the transfers to the card, and a detailed list of transfer dates and amounts, the issue remains unresolved. Each time I call for an update, nobody can provide any information. They repeatedly request verification but fail to address the problem. There is still $[redacted].47 trapped on the card, and all I seek is access to my money. However, they continue to withhold it, mistakenly linking me to someone else's situation.

I recently connected my Walmart credit card to my checking account to transfer funds to my son. Suddenly, the card was blocked, and they accused me of receiving unemployment benefits. Despite multiple emails with copies of my driver's license, bank statements, and transfer details, my card remains blocked. Every time I call for an update, no one can help, and I end up being hung up on. The company demands verification but always finds an issue, leaving $***.** stuck on the card. I simply want access to my money, as their accusations of me receiving unemployment benefits are incorrect. It seems there may be a mix-up as I am not the intended recipient of these benefits. My details are as follows: Amy N., Ethan N. on the card, residing at [redacted] Porter Ave, Biloxi, MS, DOB 06/08/[redacted], SSN ending in [redacted], card ending in [redacted], routing number [redacted]20, and account number [redacted]29.

On three different days (08/11/[redacted], 10/11/[redacted], 11/11/[redacted]), there were over [redacted] unauthorized transactions. After contacting and filing a dispute, a new card was issued, and the dispute for the transactions on 10/11/[redacted] was resolved with a credit. However, the unresolved transactions from the other two days remain an issue. Despite attempts through chat and phone, I have been unsuccessful in addressing this matter. It seems challenging to clearly articulate the problem to representatives, who either redirect me or insist that the claim has been resolved for 10/11. I am stuck trying to make them understand the unresolved transactions from the other dates. Assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to speak to a live representative at Walmart MoneyCard as mine was stolen and hacked into. I am locked out of my account, and I urgently need a block put on it to prevent the culprits from accessing my funds. My name is Billy Barker, and the card in question ends in [redacted]. It is linked to my disability check, which is deposited every month. I suspect it may involve either my ex-wife, Denise B., from Spruce Pine, NC, or my current girlfriend, Chylenna P., from Cherryville, NC. I request that you place a hold on the account until I can provide my identification details. Kindly assist me with this matter promptly. You can reach me at my cell number [redacted] or home number [redacted]. I urge you to block all of my cards to prevent any further unauthorized access.

I've attempted calling the [redacted] number more than five times and have been on hold for over an hour each time. Despite speaking with three different representatives within the past week, none of them have been able to answer any of my questions. This lack of assistance and professionalism is frustrating. It seems like they are just sitting on the phone without acknowledging my concerns. What seems to be the issue with the Walmart Money Card representatives?

I returned an item to a Macy's store earlier this evening. Afterwards, I checked my balance, but the refund hadn't been processed back into my account. When I tried to access my Stasch account, a message informed me that my account was blocked and under review. I need to clarify this situation promptly because I have rent to pay and cannot risk any issues with my funds. As a person with disabilities living on a fixed income, this situation is concerning. I have been waiting on hold on the phone for over two hours now. Can someone please provide me with an update on the status of my account?

Hello! My father sent me $[redacted] using a Walmart Money Card to my email. I prefer to receive the money on my personal debit card rather than through the money card, but when I try to enter my card information, it says that option is not allowed at this time. I'm surprised and frustrated because I should be able to deposit the money sent to me onto my personal card. Just to reiterate, I do not want to receive the money through a Walmart card. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.

Good afternoon. I reside in Florida. Unfortunately, I lost my Walmart MoneyCard. I arranged for a replacement to be sent to my friend's address in Michigan. I was surprised to find that the new card sent to Michigan has my friend's name on it. Can I still use my old PIN with this card? I am planning to go to Michigan to retrieve the card with his name on it. Please respond.

In the last 24 hours, I bought two cards to pay my bills, but I had to purchase a second one because the first didn't work. I registered the first card and provided all necessary information without any issues. However, when I attempted to pay my bills, the payment was declined as I couldn't be verified. A frustrating situation as I needed to pay bills to avoid interruptions to essential services like insurance and internet for my kids' virtual learning. Both cards could only be used for in-person transactions. I had to dip into my savings to purchase the second card, only to face the same problem. My bills still remain unpaid, and my family's crucial services are at risk of being disconnected. This experience is incredibly frustrating and unfair.

On the 3rd, I discovered an unauthorized purchase on my card and contacted the company to request a hold on the bill. They froze my account and are sending a replacement card. I now have bills to pay, including $[redacted] owed to my landlord, who is unwilling to help. I requested a notification for the frozen card but haven't received any information yet. My updated email address is [redacted], replacing [redacted]

On December 1st, [redacted], I made a reservation through Priceline for the Rodeway Inn totaling $[redacted].96. Despite the transaction being canceled on December 2nd, a banking representative informed me that my funds will not be released until December 10th. I'm confused as to why my funds are being withheld when the transaction has been canceled. As a Social Security Disability recipient with limited funds, this delay is causing me stress and hardship, even leading to hunger. Green Dot Bank, please understand that these funds belong to me and the hold is unnecessary. I feel that your actions are inconsiderate and lacking compassion for your customers. Your failure to release my funds promptly is causing unnecessary suffering. Kindly, do not offer excuses, just release my funds as you are fully aware of the canceled transaction. I will not tolerate this mistreatment and will report Green Dot Bank to the Federal Reserve if needed.
