I spoke with one of your representatives on Friday October *th ****, asked a question and the representative cancelled my card without my authorization. Was told will have to send a replacement card. Spoke to several representatives that kept saying the same thing over and over. Requested a call back from a manager and have yet to receive one. I have been without access to my funds since October *th,****. Have not been to work in a week because I had no way of putting gas in my car since my account was blocked. Had to borrow money to feed my my kids. Then today when I called to see where the replacement card is was told one time it was processed on the *th,then another representative said no card was processed and it will take * to ** business days. I cannot afford to miss another week from my job. I will get fired. Have stressed this to your representatives and it's like they don't care. I've never had an issue with your company but I'm very disappointed in the level of service and how I have been treated. No one should have to wait * weeks for a replacement card. There should be a way I can get access to my funds. Very disappointed in your company
