I want a live person to contact me as soon as possible at my phone number because I cannot speak to a live representative I've had ** $** on my card I put on there for a reason I cannot use yet it gave some stupid I some stupid reason why I could not access it saying my ID was not legible that's the only idea I have I've submitted it * to * times and it will not work and then now my website locked me out so I can't get on my website so I go back and forth from the automated phone system to the website because neither one of them will help me so I need somebody to call me back as soon as possible this is ridiculous and this needs to be fixed either give me back my money all of it or freaking fix my card so I can use it because I planned on using this card for a lot of things and now I can't even use it for anything so get back to me as soon as possible
