Customer service person was not able to understand language. And I had to repeat each thing *-* times and she entered my info wrong that I now can’t get anyone one the phone because when I enter my card number it than asks for the last * of my social security number. I enter and it tells me it’s incorrect*The pin I selected is even the last * of my social*It just hangs up on me saying I am putting in the wrong info. It’s a HUGE INCONVENIENCE. It’s only allowing me to make in person transactions and I bought it only to get Uber. And now I can’t get home. I have been sitting at Walmart working on this for an hour and a half at least. And had to now purchase a charger for my phone because my battery died calling so many times and numbers. Trying to talk to a person and not a computer* Please call me immediately to help me get this straightened out. ***-***-****
