The issue in GetHuman-dbzweig's own words
Fly on your "airline" without your breaking my luggage and then denying responsibility. ... Your people failed to announce my boarding group, then seized my suitcase at the gate because there was "no more space." Then you broke it beyond repair. Then after waiting ** minutes, I was told it was my responsibility, not yours, because it "could have been broken before Vueling took it." I want to be paid for the replacement suitcase.
You broke it. You made me wait. You denied your responsibility.
Compensate me for the suitcase you broke.
I am moving to Europe. I will never use Vueling.
Spoke to your luggage department at BCN who denied all responsibility and suggested that I could have been dishonest: Flown *,*** miles with a broken suitcase, arranged to have it seized at the gate, and then claimed that the airline broke it.
