Hi,**We booked * tickets and did the checking online (IBZ to BCN flight number **** at *:**pm) but now at the airport they’re telling us that we can’t get in the flight because there’s no more seats available this is unacceptable because we have a transfer flight at *pm in Barcelona for international so we can’t miss this flight. You need to accommodate us, because we’re going to miss our flight otherwise
