I am so frustrated knowing my VISA card information is correct and I already verified with Visa card member service many times. Despite verification of Visa credit card member service agent Vonage keeps rejecting use of my Visa card for payment for payment of telephone service. Please set up three ways call (Rep of member service and Vonage representative and I to straight this problem because I have no idea why VONAGE keeps rejecting my Visa card for payment of my telephone service. I am very upset NOT knowing why vonage does not take my visa card. Vonage ALSO rejected my payment from checking account and I had to pay extra.*I went to my PFCU and talk to manager of this PFCU. He said I have enough fund in your checking account therefore there is no reason for Vonage to reject your payment by using your checking account.*I have no idea what is going on?*Please arrange to have three ways telephone communication to solve this problem.
