I have recent done a "portme sms" which included the sim of the new card which I have not inserted yet. i have done this on * February ****. It is now the sixth day and my transfer from the old network to Vodacom has not yet taken place, because the processes are not complete. My old network is still operational to date. Can you complete the portme services so that I can begin to use the new sim card of Vodacom . The old sim which the portme call was done is "**********" mtn. I Can now be contacted at ********** to notify me of the portme service being completed. *Your urgent assistance in this matter will be appreciated.*Regards*Thami
