I am trying to obtain a death certificate for my cousin and I applied online and paid for it and I got a call from a lady telling me that I needed to call her her name was Luisa, But she had a very pronounced accent and I couldn’t decipher the telephone number. It sounded like she said ***-***-**** but when I called that number nobody answered. Please help me out my name is Jeffrey McCurdy. ***-***-****
