What is the Status of Your Order?
The 'Manage My Order' tab allows you to check the status of your order on VitalChek whenever you please. You need a six-digit PIN and eight-digit order number to track your order with VitalChek. You can find them in your Order Confirmation Email. If the information you find is not sufficient, contact the VitalChek customer service team and ask for help.
Note that different orders have different processing or shipping times. Your order is processed as soon as your documents have been approved. You can view the processing time of your order on the Order Receipt. You can view it in the 'My Order' page. Some of the most significant factors affecting your order include;

Canceling an Order

2. Click 'Cancel order'
3. Click 'OK' as confirmation that you wish to cancel your order
4. Your order status will change to 'Cancelled'
