I sent a certified letter along with a money order for $** to retain my marriage license. This was sent out on August **th. I haven't heard a thing from them!! I'm upset and very angry at this time. I'm beginning to believe that I was scammed via their email on line. Where is my marriage license. All I have at this time is the copy of the marriage record that they said needed to be filled out and mailed via certified letter. I also have my receipt of that certified letter and my copy of the money order sent. Post Office informed me that I should have already received an email from them stating that received letter although I never did!! Do I have to get a lawyer to sue?
