I am a long-time United Visa*Chase Mileage Plus Awards credit card holder. As of today, I have not received my replacement card in the mail. It is exceedingly difficult to get a human being to report this. I finally reached someone (by indirect route) today and then the line failed. I can only hope that the Chase agent got the information she needed.*It is unacceptable for it to be so hard to report non-receipt of a card (the option is not even available), or for any other contact with a human being at 'customer services'. Nobody does it for fun.
GetHuman-snyrop did not yet indicate what Visa should do to make this right.
