The issue in GetHuman-bennysne's own words
in september **** i contacted virgin media and requested that my broadband,tv and landline be disconnected as i was moving to a new provider. i was assured that there would be a total disconnection on ********. despite several phone calls my landline has not been disconnected and i have been receiving bills and have now been contacted by a debt recovery company. i have again tried to contact virgin media but the only option i get is to pay the so called arrears. i am now also paying my new provider for a landline i cant use as virgin wont disconnect,
GetHuman-bennysne did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
