Help with my Virgin Mobile issue

Impossible to find a Virgin Mobile SIM card for my brand new iPhone *. It was a gift and giver told me*that I could continue to use Virgin Mobile as my carrier if I could find*somewhere to buy a VM card for the *. So far, all VM online help and phone help has given INCORRECT information about*where to obtain such a card. In my part of California, ****** no VM stores exist, Sprint says no card unless I by a phone from them! Target & Best Buy no longer sell VM Sims. Last resort*is to drop VM and sign up with another carrier. I think VM should sell, or give, me the card*I need so I can continue to pay $** a month for your service!
GetHuman-njpete did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
