I purchased an iPhone * Plus on Sunday the **, with an expedited shipping of * dollars. I was sent an confirmation stating that I would get an update when the device was shipped. I have not gotten that email and the website clearly stated that it would be processed on the first business day and we paid for overnight shipping. It is currently the ** and there is no cellphone to be found. Where is my device? When will I receive it?
GetHuman-sydkneed did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
