I have been a customer for several years and my old phone died so I had to get a new one and was forced to have an updated plan to ** dollars that I don’t want to pay. Now there are new plans available and despite the fact that I have been a loyal customer, I’m not able to change my plan from the inner circle. Why is this? And is there a way I can get around this?
